C-scan shows holes in my lungs

Yes the potatoes, sweet and regular are damaging and can become somewhat addictive, especially with the idea that they're "safe." Green beans seem to be tolerable to just about everyone (who has tried them) and eggs are a good addition. Minus the egg white. Any carbs consumed should be in the lower regions per day, 20 or under will serve well. Also the "trotting to work." Personally I would do a brisk walk (if that's not what you meant by trotting) instead unless you're training for an event of some sort.

Hi Samuel,
I don't know what exactly you mean by "Humburger" because it seems it has different meanings in different parts of the world. If it is just patty meat, you may be careful it doesn't contain added gluten. FWIW
Hamburger meat in the US refers to ground beef and it wouldn't have any gluten in it. Some that's sold in fast food places might but not the kind you would buy and cook at home.
