2. Turn your eyes towards the wall/roof or somewhere else on a plane surface
3. Keep blinking your eyes!
4. Tell me what you see!

I see the girl's face as she would naturally appear: brown hair and tan colored skin.

Yes, I'm sure there are ways of using pics like this to manipulate our brains and channel our thoughts.

Also - you can see the image as a normal picture by inverting the colors.

To do so:

1. Save the image as a jpeg
2. Open it with the program 'Paint'
3. Select All
4. Right click and then choose 'Invert color'

It's rather simple and relates to color receptors in the eyes. Same thing happens if you start at a bright light and then turn away or close your eyes. Geeze, they taught us about this sort of thing when I was in grade school so what's the big deal?
