Can I somehow check on my application?

I applied online and mailed the printed form a little over three weeks ago, but I haven't received a reply. Is there a way I can check on the status of my application, please? If I ever received an email, it was accidentally deleted.

We received it. The processing and mailing out of your Fellowship documents will take a bit so please be patient. But know that it is in process.
