Hmm - I wonder if she's seen this picture of Erika's ex-boyfriend Cabot Phillips?

Holy, had caught this (if true or not it's sick).
She commented in a recent video that psychopaths are created that way from their upbringing. So she's not totally up to speed on how psychopathy works, since there are psychopaths who are born that way. Maybe that idea is difficult for her to square with her religious beliefs, which would explain why she thinks psychopaths are made. She falls clearly on the nurture side of the nature vs. nurture argument. But she is correctly assessing Erika.
That was summed up well.
After watching today's continued exposé by Candace, it struck me that Erika might be described in a similar way to how Robert Hare directed actress Kidman to act (never forgot what Hare said).
In preparation for her role as a psychopath Kidman referred to Dr Robert Hare, the renowned expert who provided some tips. He told her to get in character by imagining witnessing a car accident involving a young child. She would attend the scene purely as a curious observer, and be irritated if some blood splashed on her shoe. She would also note the reaction of the mother and then go home to practice her facial expressions in the mirror - the idea being to encourage Kidman to take on the characteristics of an emotionless killer - something she achieved with panache in this thriller.
I'm pretty sure Laura wrote about this exchange in more detail.
As for EK, this is not in the same killer context and yet there is something about her emotional state that seems practiced. Perhaps her mom tutored her or one of those schools.
This whole thing is almost surreal and yet it is real, the connections just don't stop and it is looking really dark.
