Can't find a quote

Hi everyone,

I have been searching the forum for the Mme de Salzmann quote about real love, but I can't seem to find it. I am in the middle of writing a letter to a friend who has expressed feelings of depression relating to failed relationships, among other things, and I would really like to send him this quote. He's not suicidal or anything, just feeling very down, and I think it might help him to read that passage.

Could anyone point me in the right direction? I'd really appreciate it.

That would explain the difficulties I had finding it. I don't know where I got the idea it from Mme de Salzmann. Sorry about that!!

Indeed, Gandalf, that is the text I was thinking of. I found it very helpful for me and my wife, and I think it could be helpful for my friend.
