The Ketodiet we are following is a bit different from Atkins, and explained in this thread:

It's a little more restrictive than Atkins in cutting out dairy, for example, and it does not introduce any carbs back, you basically stay in the Atkins induction phase with under 50gr of carbs all the time. As far as I remember the protein intake is higher with Atkins, too, unless they changed something, of course.
