carpal tunnel syndrome (or sleepy hands)

Having this tingling sensation on my left hand fingers for awhile, a month or so, I realized that it was the case for an inflamed shoulder.
It was not so evident at first, because the "lock" or pain is deep into the bone, at the top of the humerus or below the shoulder, and someway it feels like something else.

Found this video that explains it better:
How to relieve shoulder pain

Basically there's a CTS symptom in disguise here. The shoulder zone is blocked, and this pain somehow cause a numbing of the fingers/sleepy hand, like blocking the flow of energy. There's no pain if the forearm or upper arm is being pressed, no apparent nerve or tendons inflammation here.

When my fingers start tingling, I get immediate relief by washing the neck with cold water, while pouring cold water over the arm has no effect at all. Changing the posture and doing the stretching exercise described in the video gives huge relief too.
