Yes, it seems if you view in Firefox, you can use the back and forward buttons, in the PDF, you can move around discretely using the side menu. Very nice.

Casswiki has been resurrected from the latest database dump and now we have a searchable PDF with all (I hope) the articles and internal hyperlinks.
