The same for me, using Firefox, Chrome, Chromium, IE, seems Cassiopedia is generally down for some time now.

I'm using chrome as well (updated just a two days ago, version 32.0 I believe) & there's no joy. In fact, I don't remember the last time it worked (even with Firefox) but sometime late last year. The esoteric glossary (signs of the times) has always worked though, and still is as of a few minutes ago. I never liked the Silk browser, anyone else using it should know about its shortcomings.

This issue has been reported before. Have a look here. Post merged. :)


Added later: Just checked and yes, it doesn't look like it's a browser issue. Will let Mr. Scott know. In the meantime, you can use the Glossary. :)
 
I have a question that i have tried repeatedly to figure out, and have never been able to find in a search. What does OSIT mean? It seems like it must be close to "or so it seems"?

At least internal and external considering you can find:

glossary.cassiopaea.com/glossary.php?id=40

But good to know and thanks for reporting that strategic enclosure cannot be found. And cassiopedia will not get fixed as far as I'm aware and the glossary is the way to go.

Maybe try to find some definitions in the forum too.
