As far as I can remember last year, something like this was reported too.

This could be a smoke ring. But it's difficult to determine, because the video doesn't show other details. Smoke rings can be generated rather easily:

On the lighter side, dolphins can do it too:

You can see that the dolphins make the ring bigger by 'blowing' through them.

If you look closely you can see a small puff at the very center of the ring-at least I could see something there-could this have been caused by a daytime meteor detonating in the atmosphere? I wonder if anyone saw or heard anything?

My wife told me that yesterday there was a big flash and boom (I live in North East Georgia, USA) that did not sound like thunder and I told her it might have been a meteor exploding - perhaps the influx of meteors is becoming more pronounced?
