I was reading the news of my country yesterday and I read that two military was killed by thugs. When I read their names I realize that the first one have the same name as I (my name is not common) and their surname was a variation of my own. The second military had also my another surname. So I just say myself "be careful"taking it as a sign.
Well, I just found out today that my father was almost robbed, three thefts in a car tried to steal his car in the motorway. They tell him that a wheel was about to get out, but fortunately he manage to distract them. When my father stop the car he saw that everything was OK.
My mother wake up not feeling well. I just hope this gust of wind gone quick.

Hi Galaxia,

Sorry to hear that about your father, but I am glad he is ok and nothing serious happenend. And hope your mother will feel better soon.

Sometimes a coincidence is just a coincidence and nothing more. But you can however keep such coincidences as notes for yourself and write them down if you prefer. From my own experiences I can tell you that I used to make all kind of assumptions based on coincidences which only made me waste my energy. So it's important to stay objective and not let our emotions run wild when encoutering coincidences.

By writing them down, you can keep it in the back of your head and stay vigilant.

Hope that helps.

I don't know if it was a sign, but that happens a lot in my country: crooks trying to get you to stop your car. I'm glad your father wasn't so easily fooled. :hug2:

I just read Bo's reply and I agree with him. Assumptions can unconsciously lead to anticipation.

Hi Galaxia, I'm sorry to hear about what happened to your parents and the undesirable coincidence. I quite agree with the advice given by Bo. As he said, sometimes coincidences are just coincidences. Other times it could be not necessarily an imminent danger but a simple call for general vigilance or pay more attention to certain issues, etc.. Anyway, stay vigilant.
