Seventh density seems to be a repository of "all records" of "all realities," a sort of gigantic tagging and progress-tracking system, that connects everything to everything else.

But before, let me once again explain more precisely what excerpts I think that are appropriate to the query.
On my understanding, the excerpts must talk about the very essence of things. One might think that these should basically be all comments about Physics. But I think that not all such excerpts fit the request for "Origins, consciousness, and cosmology."
For instance, an answer about lighting balls is not something related to the very essence of things. Sure it's something interesting, but it's rather what I call a "3D issue." But something about space-time, that would fit.
It was also asked requested excerpts about origins. About that, I guess that not all excerpts about History are important stuff for "origins." For instance, the fall of Atlantis is not exactly "key." Of course it had far-reaching consequences! But this was ultimately caused by the fall of man, around 300.000 years ago, when the STS pathway was chosen. This fall would be suitable mentioning (on my opinion!)

All there is is lessons. It’s all learning.
short wave cycle recycling, or, as you refer to it, reincarnation. Because, each and every one of these density levels has a soul and a physical body marriage, as it were, in progressive life experiences. Each and every one of these density levels involves movement to the fifth level of density for contemplation during the cycling process. It is level six, which is the first level where short wave cycle recycling is no longer necessary because there is no more physical orientation.
