Colloidal Silver or Silver Sol

Does anyone know how it is used and what the benefits are? I was watching something on one of the many shows and I ordered some of the Silver Sol doesn't contain "Colloidal", and I would like to know if anyone has has any person use with it? and how often does one use this product ?
