This is for anyone currently receiving cortisone by injection or pills. Injections are ok, but I've been on multiple cources of prednisone, and it is not good for the body, especially for the bones if you are female. (Pred no longer works for me for flare ups of MS, thank goodness! I don't like this stuff) Bear in mind, I've been on pills and IV treatments only. It's been rare for me ever to get by with one injection.
I'm going to look around for more information on general inflammation of the body, since folks look interested.
