"Cosmic Secrets" is a book by Russell Smith. ( I am not sure if this should go under the 'Book" heading, the "Work" heading or here -- I am putting it here because it is about math, etc., and the Law of 7 and Law of 3.)
As far as I know, Russell Smith is still alive and living in Texas. It sounds to me like he worked alone, and came up with an understanding of the Law of 7 and Law of 3 before and after His Endlessness 'adjusted' them, as is described albeit cryptically in "Beelzebub's Tales."
The book "Cosmic Secrets" presents information on the major scale, the procession of octaves through the Universe, the Fibonacci series, the RNA molecule, .. AND MORE!!
I had time a few years ago and tried to understand, even did some of the exercises but could only get so far.
