Crazy weather, Earth Changes, Meteor activity, WW1, WW2?

Hi Everyone, I was just wondering and I'll have to do the searching myself, but just throwing it out there in case anyone can throw any hints, documentation, or useful links, thought i'd use the network I suppose ;D, but I was wondering about the the weather, volcanic, meteor activity between or around the start of the great war's just to see what the environment was like around this terrible time in history, I was wondering if the suffering of humanity at this time created an increase in environmental chaos too, above relative norm's. like I said it's just something I was thinking and I'll do the searching myself but it will take time just throwing it out there.
