On the 10g, think I'll take 5g in the morning and the other 5g later in the afternoon - is that about right?
I put all 10g in a flask with my bone broth and drink until about 2pm .. I thinnk it depemds on the person but I have heaerd it said that you shouldn't take it too late in the day, but I guess it depends on when you're exercising!? and when you are most active mentally, taking it too late in the day may act like caffien in a way wih cognative benefits .. just my cents
