Credibility of the "Ask and it is Given" book

What is the percentage of accuracy/reliability of the "Abraham" entity channeled in the Ask and it is Given book
I've noticed that the philosophy of the "22 Processes" practices seem to incorporate many magickal principles and yet some of its philosophy also mirrors that of some of the Cs' answers .
