Dad's dead

My dad died a few days ago.
He was a man of honor, loyalty, honesty.
Just before leaving this life, he said that, despite this "strange" experience, he was not afraid and had refreshed his soul.

His real grave is in my heart, in the heart of those who appreciated him, which is the case for every dead body else.

What is utterly not understandable is that the world is understandable...
My sincere condolences to you. :hug2: . Take care.

May you find plenty of what ever it is you need during this sad time.

Blessings be with you eoste.

Not only kind words but mostly compassionate feelings are coming out from your replies, which is something quite valuable !

Actually, the hardest part is for my mother. She does have hard times now dealing with this lost, not being able to accept it, thinking that there is too much "injustice" in this situation.

We've got to be prepared to loose everything. Life may disappear in the twinkling of an eye.
Easy to say, a lot to learn, here and now.

Take care of your loved ones

It is difficult for oneself, let alone understand the inner difficulties for others as you ease them along with life after a loss such as this. There have been a number of members who have been left with a parent after their partner has passed, you may find some comfort in those threads, but am not sure exactly where they are - perhaps the will come to you.

Hope you can be with your mom and help her through this; it will take time to heal. Take good care. :hug2:
