Deja vu

C's have stated that "deja vu" is a bridging of realities , wherein 4th D STS moves the target between one "universe" and other ( paraphrasing ) , so this seems on point , and not necessarily a bad thing .
We were talking about the "opposite of deja vu" though. Deja vu itself seems to be something else, as the C's have said.

In the Toltec framework presented by Carlos Castaneda, that is actually a good sign that your 'assemblage point' is not stuck anymore, allowing more clarity and more objective perception from different perspectives.

Interesting theory. It's been a while since I read Castaneda. I haven't really noticed any patterns when it occurs, and it's not too frequent. It's not so much that I forget things. They just momentarily can seem very foreign and surreal. Like I'm seeing them, or some aspect of them for the first time.

The following is the third post in this thread:

Session: 970104

A: Deja vu comes to you compliments of 4th density STS.
Q: (L) Is deja vu a result of some sensation of the universe having
changed?
A: Or... some sensation of reality bridging.
Q: (T) As you move into the new one, you have leftovers?
A: No.
Q: (L) What is reality bridging?
A: What does it sound like?
Q: (L) Is it somewhat like merging universes? (T) A bridge is
something you put between two things...
A: You wish to limit, wait till 4th density, when the word will be
obsolete!
Q: (L) That still doesn't help me to understand deja vu as a
"sensation of reality bridging." Is deja vu because something comes
into our reality from another?
A: One possibility..

Q: (T) Didn't we talk about this? That it is a bleed through from other
dimensions... that when we think we have been someplace before, it
is because in another dimension we have...
A: Yes.

Yep what i mentioned previously , though they ( the lizzies ) only do it when there are gains to it , which is why i was pointing it out with regards to recent posts on this thread , ie the further one works on self the less those creatures will be tempted to do it for fewer expectations of results. fwiw / blah

It can be a dissociative symptom, called "derealization" in psychiatry :

(Another close symptom is called "depersonnalization" : being "detached" from oneself, mind and body.)

If ever it becomes more frequent in your life, I would recommend that you talk about it to your MD, a psychologist or a psychiatrist.

Thank you for the links. I have read a little about depersonalisation before, as I have had one instance, when the realization hit me, that I'm trapped inside my body.
I guess it's possible that some underlying stress or anxiety could be behind them sometimes, even though I don't remember feeling particularly stressed beforehand. But so far they have been quite rare and brief (maybe a few seconds), so I haven't really been too bothered by them.
