I had an interesting conversation with a worker in my building. He is 58 years old and he had a deviated septum from childhood when he fell out of a tree and broke his nose. In the last decade or so, he felt he had low energy and was tired all the time. 2 years ago he saw a nose doctor, who used laser surgery to fix the deviated septum. Since the surgery, he feels 20 years younger and is full of energy. But, he had a flu shot 1.5 years ago, and that robbed him of his new-found energy for about a year.
