Do STS wants to use wave to mutate people into them?

Session 2 November 1994 mentions ships in which Nephilim travel.
Q: (L) How many Nephilim does each vehicle hold?

A: About 12 million.
I thought ~35-37 million is kinda a lot and it would require a lot of resources and effort to build such thing.
Yes, there are transcripts of tech that could mitigate amount of resources to keep them alive by for example slowing their heart rate, but isn't there any cheaper way?

When it comes to computers one of ways to decrease amount of data to store/send somewhere is to save/send only difference between previous data.
For example in movies - when camera doesn't move and for example character is speaking then you only need to store how much facial expressions did change and not whole big frame which save a lot.

There is movie "Sorry to Bother You" and it looks like someone mentioned this movie on this forum:
_Sorry to Bother You (2018) ⭐ 6.9 | Comedy, Drama, Fantasy
In that movie something very bizarre happens
certain humans turn other humans into beings with horse heads

So my question is:
Are majority of Nephilim in those ships transported in their whole physical bodies, or does their ship contains mostly vats with viruses/something similar to turn different beings into them?

And if it is correct then i guess some thing would apply to Lizzies? If they have trouble reproducing then perhaps turning others into them could be easier?

Perhaps you are right that i should read every article.
So, why would i.e. humans, who eat cows, want to turn cows into humans? See what I mean?
But I believe i can try to answer why they could want:

1) First reason - it would decrease amount of resources and preparations to conquer one planet.

Imagine those two possibilities:
A: 3 giant vehicles with 11 or 12 million in each?
B: multiple smaller fleets but with specialized equipment

Why i believe B works?
-more fleets means they can send their ships to multiple planets at the same wave, in some conquest may fail, others invasion may be success
-if more than one of such conquest is successful then they expand faster than civilization which does less conquests with same resources

Unless my sense of scale is wrong and 3x ~12 million is not a lot or vehicles were "obtained as gift".

2) Second reason is that i believe food source is not everything.

In Session 22 October 1994 Cs said about things they want to accomplish
1: retaining their race as a viable species;
2: increasing their numbers;
3: increasing their power;
4: expanding their race throughout the realm of fourth density.
To do all of this they have been interfering with events for what you would measure on your calendar as approximately 74 thousand years. And they have been doing so in a completely still state of space time traveling backward and forward at will during this work. Interestingly enough, though, all of this will fail.
Mostly species related. Sure - without surplus food population wont grow, but is that everything?
Will invaders want to have kids?

In Nephilim case they most likely will, otherwise they wouldn't have 36 million to use for single invasion.

But in case of Lizzies i doubt. Do Lizzies want to get pregnant? If their race is dying does that mean they are less fertile? Also having kids doesn't sound STS. Wouldn't they seek different ways to increase their numbers? Mutating others into them seems like something more STS-y.
