Hi all,
Since I entered the forum my life is advancing faster. Breathing program is also affecting me. I still belief I know little and as consequence I don't know what to do. Nonetheless I had two strong feelings that I need to share.
1.- I feel the need to go to France and visit Laura.
I don't know when, and the most important: I don't know why. I don't feel to be very useful at all (I just feel to be a simple student). If one day I decide to go, I will send a picture of myself. If I am a bad guy, please knock me out with your newest iron pan.

During a launch, my brain boiled to the point I took 4 pages full of notes. I flush out concepts that linearly appear, some 'dots' I found and I need to share. I would like to network in order to better comprehend. Before reading consider this is a very long post. It shows the entire path I followed in order to take dots and finally to create this topic. I show several subjects but may be related one to another as a unique topic.
A speech by John Barron [1] introduce a non scientific spectator to “Scalar Energy”. It talks about the beneficial applications for healthcare of this energy. He performs this speech because he sells products super-charged with this energy. In order for the public to understand what he sells, he needs to perform this kind of presentation. To explain the revolutionary technology that is behind. It tells that each cell have a tiny voltage. The maximum is about 90 nano-voltage, and the minimum is 25 nano-voltage (which is considered a dead cell by the body). It also tell us that when a cell reach the 35 nano-voltage, it become cancer-like. When the proper energy is provided, the cells are fully functional. In order to show to the public somewhat an 'energy' footprint, an imaging technique is mentioned. About revolutionary healthcare advancements a lot of other claims and sources are available. For instance a video speech [2] introduce to the contents of the book “The Cure For All Advanced Cancers”. It introduces the subject of contamination through teeth fillings. Those composed by a mix of toxics elements like mercury (used time ago). The main subject is to present how important a diet is in order to help the body detoxify (without drugs). It tells about getting rid of illnesses because the body does the work. It tells that the doctor assigned to Pope of Rome, use the diet recommended in this book because the results are impressive. An interesting comment tells that all cancer symptoms tend to disappear and the body cures itself.
About Cancer another speech catch my attention “The cancer answer” [3]. This talks about searching the cancer answer and how it ends finding the truth behind. It explains how the cancer is not an illness itself. It also talks about conspiracy because the truth is not hidden, but not published. One quote catch my attention: “Sugar, salt, tobacco, aluminium and fluoridated water over a periof of years with perhaps other slow poisons help to ensure that we expire before we retire. If there were fewer people bidding against each other, money (credit) would keep its value - Keeping our money healthy pub. (Federal Reserve Bank of New York)” [3.1]. The speech video also comments that the immune system is complex and intelligent. Do not react to the same illness with the same reaction (it learns). It also tells that it can be immune-depressed. So the “mood” of the host (body, person) affects the overall effectiveness. It appears that can work 50% when depressed, 100% when normal, and 110% when happy.
Personal comment: in this speech one comment say “Cancer is caused by cellular gene mutation”. So it appears that promoting cancer is equivalent to promotes gene mutation. It links genes to DNA.
About Cancer another eye-opener is the documentary “World Without Cancer: The Story of Vitamin B17 ” [4] by “G. Edward Griffin”. This presents information about how some population of the world seem to have lower level of cancer. When he enters technically in detail shows that a Vitamin B17 is the “key”. This “so called vitamin” on entering a cell is decomposed on 4 differents elements (not very useful). The benefit is seen when entering a cancer-cell. Due to an enzym related to cancer it is not properly decomposed. The output is 2 elements, one of them is cyanide (extremely toxic). It destroys a cancer cell from within and seems not pass through the cell walls (do not exit). The documentary also tells that the cancer cell is nothing special. When a body is born, as a single cell, it starts to multiply. The process of super-fast-multiplication is possible because these initial cells are cancer-like. Nonetheless this process at one point reduces and lower until disppearing. This decrease starts when the pancreas is developed, and continue when the differents parts of the immune system assemble. At the end the summary is that if you have a strenghtened immune system, the body can get rid of any cancer it may appear.

It explains that the human body have more similarities to an herbivore, than to a carnivore animal. It explains that the human body can live, entirely through a vegan diet. It also explains some cons about the meat and the fish. Finally recommends to greatly reduce its consumption, speacially for meat.
Personal comment: I ask my self if human DNA is engineered to feed on vegetables instead of meat. It really looks like stupid to consume meat if the DNA targets in the opposite direction. At the same time if you put a piece of meat on a forest and a vegetable seed, the consequence is diffent. Perhaps the seed contains the essence of live through nutrients, meanwhile the meat do not. One thing I remember is that carnivore animals such as the bear when eating the victim choose the guts and digestive organs as the first target. It is interesting because it is where the nutrients remain (not on the muscle).
Another speech by “XYZ” [6] talk about cells and Aloe Vera. It focus on the plant Aloe Vera. It tells that is very good for the health. Explain that this plant is unique because have all sugar form available in nature, also known as glyconutrients. It tells that human diet only have 2 of them. This plant have an effective all-in-wonder active element with all glyconutrients attached. On another side, a german scientist, discovers how the cells communication system works. The cells have a membrane with a cords attached to the wall looks like hair. This hair-like cords are composed by a mineral, and 6 glyconutrients. The discovery is this hair-like is the basic cell communication infrastructure. When glyconutrients are used, the cells communication system can be regenerated (repaired). It appears to greatly help the system to work as expected. It is very important because these glyconutrients are no in the diet, and the body can create them but at a high cost in resources (energy). This speech also tells that these scientists where the winner of a Nobel Prize for this amazing discovery. Ends saying that the first available book on a University for teaching (Medical career) is available since 2004 (Harvard), decades later to the discovery. Personal note: a sample of how the Matrix Control System can control advancement.
About the same subject also catch my attention: Doctor “Robert C. Beck” [7]. It tells about a procedure of electrifying the blood. It claims can kill some bacteria, do not harm the body, and neutralize the dangerous virus “AIDS” (do not develop illness, remains sleep).
Personal note: electricity is an element used on fisiotherapy applied to the body for treating muscle pain. Interesting the proposed application directly to the blood arteries. Here I start to merge concepts such as feed-energy, cell-nano-voltage, electricity.
On another area Doctor “Masaru Emoto”[8] tells about interesting properties of water. He claims water is able to react to the surrounding ambient, sound, thoughts.
Personal note: I asked my self, may be water reacts to different forms of ... ¿energy?
Quote: “The human body is about 60% water in adult males and 55% in adult females.” [9] Then, ¿how the water in the human body will react?
¿May music have some healing properties?
Regarding this question I rember the next information section.
The “¿Johnathan Reid?” [10] is a person linked to radio, frequencies, and Egyptology as a family passion. He performed an experiment with “pure frequencies”. When these frequencies run over a membrane with sand-like element, this element get a “form”. Within Giza Pyramid this experiment was performed. Within the sarcophagus a discovery was made. The membrane that resonates with sand over draw a symbol, an Egyptian hieroglyph. Another interesting thing occurred within Giza Pyramid. This person was seriously injured 1 week before the experiment. A car accident. When was in there was suffering a lot of back pain. He was within the sarcophagus putting something (a sound device) when the experiment was running. At some point he realized the pain was gone. He says to belief it was the excitement of discovery but later the pain did not come back. ¿Why? he asked. Searching for an answer discovered that the frequencies he used were somewhat “in range” of those used in hospitals for scanners of the body (some with health-care ultra-sound applications). Personal note: here my mind goes to the film “Stargate” (1994). A fiction movie with Egypt and aliens as the background. The interesting issue here is a sarcophagus in the movie. A machine used to heal the human body (that the Aliens may occupy). I link this to the experiment commented above.
About this sound and membranes I also read something in the area of “Cymatics”. A swiss scientist [11] explained the experiments conducted and the surprising results. When playing frequencies some form appeared on the element covering a membrane. When merging some frequencies not only a form was draw, it moved, changed, and later started again. Like a loop (a fractal repeating pattern). It is described that one of the figures was equivalent (or similar) to the embryonic cells when multiplying, dividing and reproducing within the utter.
Personal comment: may be all the above is somewhat related one to each other. Sound, waves, frequencies, energy, cells developing, acting, living, interacting.
Now the missing link: ¿how does all this interact with consciousness and thought patterns?
Doctor “Masaru Emoto” [8] claims that also thought patterns is able to affect water.
Personal comment: I ask my self ¿Why? ¿How? ¿Where to look for?
The documentary “What the bleep” [12] introduce a non scientist spectator into the physics of the future: Quantum Physics and the principles of Quantum Mechanics. It tells that back on 1982 one of these principles was demonstrated through an experiment.
Personal comment: I ask my self how a theory can be imagined in such difficult area as the Quantum Physics. It presents principles that can reverse time and other shocking ideas. It is completely different to the school teachings that tells about the process of observation and patience. This is to understand nature and write principles about how it works. On the Quantum you cannot first observe with the eyes.
One mind shocking concept is other simple experiments conducted to alter the behaviour of machines. Several where constructed with a simple principle: produce “1” and “0” output data. Through digital and analogic media for storing results. It produces a 50% of each (more or less) as output. Then a user starts to try to alter the machine (during weeks), and at the end analyze the results. This user, it is told, have to alter the behaviour of the machine thinking and directing them to the machine (thoughts) to influence it in order to produce more “1” or more “0”. The result of the experiment is that it worked. When documentary advances it appears the subject of the brain, the mind as a master piece to enter the “quantum world”. It explains the brain has a neuronal network with connections that are established and severed depending on the use. Depending on how we behave, how we feel, the connections change. When changing the neuronal network, the new “configuration” effectively affects how electric flow pass through the brain.
Personal comment: I started to believe that knowledge is a key asset when severely affecting the neuronal network. As the perspective change, the reaction to reality, the attitude and feelings are different.
It also speak about external drugs and internal chemicals produced by the body. It explains that the hypothalamus is a key element producing peptides. Peptides are chemicals that are transferred to blood and attached to cells very fast. It explains that cells when replicated (reproduced), the new cells change depending on the previous cell activity. If a lot peptides where present often, then more cell-receptors (AVR) are transformed in order to catch them. It explains that this may affect the amount of receptors a cell have for “other tasks” such as the reception of nutrients. This means to effectively change the body in its foundations, to a cellular level.

Now on there are all personal comments and thoughts.
The last step to talk about is meditation. This discipline tells the users how to breath, behave, feel, and no-think. On an article about “yoguis and cerebral scanners” [search on SOTT] it is shown that experts have a part of the brain awaken. This is interesting because seems that all elements drive the practitioner to stimulate the conscious part of the brain to lower its activity. So it is comprehensible the “no-think” directive. At the same time this stimulation may eventually let the “unconscious” to awake. This is to switch on the brain regions that are awake when the body sleeps. I think that in this state of meditation-focus one can punctually have the interaction of the both sides of the brain, those regions that are usually not active together at the same time. This is an electrical flow passing from one region to another.
I has been told that LSD is a substance that stimulate the brain in a peculiar manner. It lets the electric flow divert and pass through regions that are normally sleeping. It can be called a drug, another one would see it in another way (a tool) to experiment with these regions. In the book “Más allá del ego” [13], an experiment on LSD is commented, and how it affects the patients (up to induce out-of-body experiences).
The conclusion:
¿So which is the goal of meditation?
May be to activate the brain, reconfigure, reconstruct cells, and DNA.
Is it possible that:
- emotional cleansing links to reduce the production of not very useful peptides, reconfigure cells,
- knowledge as is, links to changing the neuronal configuration (network),
- breathing helps changing body chemical configuration and (somehow) channeling energy,
- and meditation sponsor awakening for sleep brain regions and electric flows between these regions.
The consequences might conduce to DNA activation and other possibilities.

Searching for an answer discovered that the frequencies he used were somewhat “in range” of those used in hospitals for scanners of the body (some with health-care ultra-sound applications). He states as a mere “unproven” theory that may be the sarcophagus increased the healing effect. This shocked this person and later on repeated the experiment using Tibetan music instruments. When played with a certain pure frequency, more symbols appeared. He says some can be seen in the walls of Tibetan temples.
Personal note: here my mind goes to the film “Stargate” (1994). A fiction movie with Egypt and aliens as the background. The interesting issue here is a sarcophagus in the movie. A machine used to heal the human body (that the Aliens may occupy). I link this to the experiment commented above.
About this sound and membranes I also read something in the area of “Cymatics”. A swiss scientist [11] explained the experiments conducted and the surprising results. When playing frequencies some form appeared on the element covering a membrane. When merging some frequencies not only a form was draw, it moved, changed, and later started again. Like a loop (a fractal repeating pattern). It is described that one of the figures was equivalent (or similar) to the embryonic cells when multiplying, dividing and reproducing within the utter.
Personal comment: may be all the above is somewhat related one to each other. Sound, waves, frequencies, energy, cells developing, acting, living, interacting.
Now the missing link: ¿how does all this interact with consciousness and thought patterns?
Doctor “Masaru Emoto” [8] claims that also thought patterns is able to affect water.
Personal comment: I ask my self ¿Why? ¿How? ¿Where to look for?
The documentary “What the bleep” [12] introduce a non scientist spectator into the physics of the future: Quantum Physics and the principles of Quantum Mechanics. It tells that back on 1982 one of these principles was demonstrated through an experiment.
Personal comment: I ask my self how a theory can be imagined in such difficult area as the Quantum Physics. It presents principles that can reverse time and other shocking ideas. It is completely different to the school teachings that tells about the process of observation and patience. This is to understand nature and write principles about how it works. On the Quantum you cannot first observe with the eyes.
One mind shocking concept is other simple experiments conducted to alter the behaviour of machines. Several where constructed with a simple principle: produce “1” and “0” output data. Through digital and analogic media for storing results. It produces a 50% of each (more or less) as output. Then a user starts to try to alter the machine (during weeks), and at the end analyze the results. This user, it is told, have to alter the behaviour of the machine thinking and directing them to the machine (thoughts) to influence it in order to produce more “1” or more “0”. The result of the experiment is that it worked. When documentary advances it appears the subject of the brain, the mind as a master piece to enter the “quantum world”. It explains the brain has a neuronal network with connections that are established and severed depending on the use. Depending on how we behave, how we feel, the connections change. When changing the neuronal network, the new “configuration” effectively affects how electric flow pass through the brain.
Personal comment: I started to believe that knowledge is a key asset when severely affecting the neuronal network. As the perspective change, the reaction to reality, the attitude and feelings are different.
It also speak about external drugs and internal chemicals produced by the body. It explains that the hypothalamus is a key element producing peptides. Peptides are chemicals that are transferred to blood and attached to cells very fast. It explains that cells when replicated (reproduced), the new cells change depending on the previous cell activity. If a lot peptides where present often, then more cell-receptors (AVR) are transformed in order to catch them. It explains that this may affect the amount of receptors a cell have for “other tasks” such as the reception of nutrients. This means to effectively change the body in its foundations, to a cellular level.

Now on there are all personal comments and thoughts.
The last step to talk about is meditation. This discipline tells the users how to breath, behave, feel, and no-think. On an article about “yoguis and cerebral scanners” [search on SOTT] it is shown that experts have a part of the brain awaken. This is interesting because seems that all elements drive the practitioner to stimulate the conscious part of the brain to lower its activity. So it is comprehensible the “no-think” directive. At the same time this stimulation may eventually let the “unconscious” to awake. This is to switch on the brain regions that are awake when the body sleeps. I think that in this state of meditation-focus one can punctually have the interaction of the both sides of the brain, those regions that are usually not active together at the same time. This is an electrical flow passing from one region to another.
I has been told that LSD is a substance that stimulate the brain in a peculiar manner. It lets the electric flow divert and pass through regions that are normally sleeping. It can be called a drug, another one would see it in another way (a tool) to experiment with these regions. In the book “Más allá del ego” [13], an experiment on LSD is commented, and how it affects the patients (up to induce out-of-body experiences).
The conclusion:
¿So which is the goal of meditation?
May be to activate the brain, reconfigure, reconstruct cells, and DNA.
Is it possible that:
- emotional cleansing links to reduce the production of not very useful peptides, reconfigure cells,
- knowledge as is, links to changing the neuronal configuration (network),
- breathing helps changing body chemical configuration and (somehow) channeling energy,
- and meditation sponsor awakening for sleep brain regions and electric flows between these regions.
The consequences might conduce to DNA activation and other possibilities.
