· Robert Hare was recently named to the Order of Canada, one of Canada's highest civilian honours. The Order of Canada recognizes a lifetime of achievement and contribution to society, and was presented by the Governor General of Canada in September 2011.

· Special Issue: The July issue of the FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin is dedicated to psychopathy.

Fwiw, had a go with this survey and it could be useful for the faculty and future awareness for others. The survey reminded me of the format of 'Emotional Intelligence' and takes < 1.5 hours. There were many questions that i just did not know objectively, and there is a default for that. The survey asks questions of both the observer and the observed; including co-workers. The focus is primarily the workplace and includes a number of spaces for written reply's; where did you find out about this subject and related questions based on the focus. Thought, although this is the psychological faculty, that there was good opportunity to mention source works such as ponerology (macro-social) rather than just micro social.
