Jedi Master
Recently my dreams have become a lot more visually intense and vivid.
I am unable to give examples in detail of my dreams, as they are still rather flashy imagery and i am unable to grasp a full time line or story of them due to being awoken every day by my alarm for work. So they would literally sound like jibberish
When awaking, i have a deep feeling i have had a powerful dream but am unable to recall them straight away due to the abrupt awakening.
In the past usually i recall the dreams straight away, then they slowly dissipate within an hour or so. But now i am able to focus my attention to slowly recall the main dream elements/images through the morning while organizing breakfast and getting ready for my day. Writing them down when they flash up also helps me continue to collect as much memory of them as possible. Even doing this, a story is unable to be fully recollected.
I have begun to practice the EE program regularly, whilst designating myself proper time to read in a comfortable environment for self work. This has only escalated the intensity of my dreams, allowing me to have several dreams continuously every night.
Discussing this with close friends within my area, it seems we all have rather deep dreams regularly on the same nights. We share these with each other to allow us to get the 'jibberish' out to minimally discuss and allow us to self review them.
Although i havnt fully looked into the deeper meaning of dreaming (if anyone has any threads/books that are of use that would be more than grateful :) ), it feels as though something is coming to more consciousness.
While reading In Search of the Miraculous, in a dream i specifically selected the word 'Remember' to be engraved onto a plague and i woke up with quite alot of energy and awareness. Unfortunately i was unable remember the dream itself apart from this (Oh the irony )
Is there any activities or practices i can do to strengthen my will to remember the dreams and put them into somewhat of a time line, thus being able to depict them properly and try to find more meaning?
Due to working various changing hours, i am currently feeling i am not getting enough sleep. Causing me to awake whist in the dream and a rather deep sleep. Organising my time better over the next few weeks, allowing me to have a longer sleep, should allow me to wake up feeling abit more fresher - hopefully giving me more clarity when looking over the dreams.
