Dreams becoming more vivid

Recently my dreams have become a lot more visually intense and vivid.
I am unable to give examples in detail of my dreams, as they are still rather flashy imagery and i am unable to grasp a full time line or story of them due to being awoken every day by my alarm for work. So they would literally sound like jibberish :-[

When awaking, i have a deep feeling i have had a powerful dream but am unable to recall them straight away due to the abrupt awakening.
In the past usually i recall the dreams straight away, then they slowly dissipate within an hour or so. But now i am able to focus my attention to slowly recall the main dream elements/images through the morning while organizing breakfast and getting ready for my day. Writing them down when they flash up also helps me continue to collect as much memory of them as possible. Even doing this, a story is unable to be fully recollected.

I have begun to practice the EE program regularly, whilst designating myself proper time to read in a comfortable environment for self work. This has only escalated the intensity of my dreams, allowing me to have several dreams continuously every night.

Discussing this with close friends within my area, it seems we all have rather deep dreams regularly on the same nights. We share these with each other to allow us to get the 'jibberish' out to minimally discuss and allow us to self review them.

Although i havnt fully looked into the deeper meaning of dreaming (if anyone has any threads/books that are of use that would be more than grateful :) ), it feels as though something is coming to more consciousness.
While reading In Search of the Miraculous, in a dream i specifically selected the word 'Remember' to be engraved onto a plague and i woke up with quite alot of energy and awareness. Unfortunately i was unable remember the dream itself apart from this (Oh the irony  )

Is there any activities or practices i can do to strengthen my will to remember the dreams and put them into somewhat of a time line, thus being able to depict them properly and try to find more meaning?
Due to working various changing hours, i am currently feeling i am not getting enough sleep. Causing me to awake whist in the dream and a rather deep sleep. Organising my time better over the next few weeks, allowing me to have a longer sleep, should allow me to wake up feeling abit more fresher - hopefully giving me more clarity when looking over the dreams.

Maybe try a dream journal. The second you wake up try and write. The creative use of a pen on paper may help you remember. Other than that, make sure you are watching your diet, meditation of sorts, EE if you have it.
I feel for you having a awkward sleep schedule. That never helps.

Sorry. Obviously you have EE. I read a bunch of other stuff before posting thus forgetting that part where you explicitly mention your use of EE. My bad. Sorry for being redundant.

Hi all,

Just out of curiosity, have people in the last month or so experienced better or worse dreams, which could also include more vivid or dreams that they might remember more of.

Mine are a bit of both, especially getting bit more vivid.

I am thinking due to the changes and things going on in our universe.

Any thoughts or feedback is appreciated ,thanks :)

Hi.

Some dream examples or different realities are working with robots,in dream waking up with robots working on you and saying bleedthrough etc

Is bleedthrough merging of 3rd and 4th dimension?

Question to Laura to ask the C's, what if there is no escape from reptilian control, does that mean theres only eternity now?

Thoughts and suggestions is appreciated Thanks :)

Have you read Zadius Sky's important info intro to this board? He's consolidated a lot of material there to help understand the content and context of dreams.

Keeping a dream journal and pen handy by your bed so you can right down what you thought was most important about the dreams is useful, and a few milligrams of melatonin before bed makes my dreams more vivid. I wouldn't stress it though, it's more important that you stick with your regular EE practice and continuous knowledge input than interpret your dreams. Though sometimes they can be quite interesting to share! ;D

Me and afew local friends noticed an increase in dream vividity and intensity starting from the Charlie Hebdo week. And also ringing in the ears, that sounds alot more internal than some Wifi or bedroom electrical devise, was noticed on one night. Quite scary, yet very interesting ;)

Thank you for the link, just had a quick glance now and it looks to be what i was searching for :)!
Ive experimented slightly with melatonin about a year ago, and it did make my dreams stronger, but it also knocked me out! Recently ive been taking 5-htp once or twice a week but this doesnt have the same impact as melatonin. Im trying to avoid sleep supplementation as i dont struggle to get to sleep - apart from when im on a week of nights.
The importance of dreams isnt that big for me really, its just interesting how you can go through periods of dreaming continuously and then have none for awhile :o

That ringing is something I hear every day and it's not same every time, I mean intensity, and it's not in same time.
Maybe it's just something in my environment or my mind..

I can say, about dreams, that, persistent in writing and stress free zone helps me in lucid dreams. But I have little problem, when in dream I can remember that I'm dreaming, my only wish is to fly or jump from high mountains or fast run..and that's it.
I can't to Rembert that I can go somewhere or, or...space, or whatever...I'm glad because of those dreams but I wish there is more. One friend of my says to me, when I remember in dream, to look into my hands, that that will untrigger barriers, but I never look. I forgot. Nvm, I hope time will show more if this stress from time and world and work don't "jump" on us.

since doing EE regularly and taking melatonin at night my dreams have become more vivid and remember them were before I never did.

about the ear ringing not a day went by that i wouldn't have ringing in my ears but since changing my diet to keto their has been a hugh improvement hardly happens, now Just get it the odd time

Hello Everyone:

2 days ago had the most terrifying vivid dream of my life;
I dreamed I was in darkened room I could barely see some light coming through the window, then there was a guy sitting in an armchair I could see some facial features, he was with his eyes closed.
then I was playing with an extension cord for some odd reason, then I kind of hit him with the cord unintentionally, all of a sudden he opened his eyes and those eyes were red glowing, I got so scared that I started to sob and I tried to run away, but then the door closed by it self I felt trapped and he was coming towards me, I feared for my life, I wanted to pray but nothing would come out of mind...nothing I was totally blank..
I thought I was going to die.... I was almost crying when I suddenly woke up, feeling scared in my own room.

I have tried to find out the meaning of this dream, but I haven't found anything....

can anyone shed some light about the meaning of glowing red eyes??

regards.

I think in this case the glowing red eyes were just a means to give a specific impression of danger.

hello A Jay:

yes, I think you're right, the eyes were the most interring feeling...

thanks.

Hey all,

I've also started having more vivid dreams (i rarely used to remember my dreams!)

The strangest of them all involving my partners ex girlfriend and her family - nothing too strange about the dream itself, it was weird, but most of my dreams are pretty weird.

The strange part was that she had the same dream (but from her perspective) on the same night.

Can anyone shed any light on why this might happen?

Her and I don't speak at all (not that there is any hate there), she just happened to call my partner that morning minutes after I'd told him my dream.

It certainly freaked me out majorly.

Recently I've been dreaming a lot more about my Mother and her connections, but a dream I had the other night was really strange and I believe to be quite symbolic..

I was in this massive function room, there was a main room, and other rooms surrounding it. The function was being held for "psychics" to meet up. An elderly woman and I were in a little room with a couch and a table, on the table we both knew that there was this invisible box which you could hear spirits coming from. The elderly woman asked me "Who opened this box?" and I replied "Me, I was trying to do something last week and now it won't shut" ... She asked "Can you hear what they are saying?" and I replied "I can hear it, but I can't understand what they're saying, and when I can't hear it, I can feel it" I then tried to shut this invisible box, but could literally feel like tightening in my chest and weird rushes of emotions through my body whilst trying to shut it. (I'm guessing this is something to do with when I experimented with the spirit board?)

Then, a few other women came in and my Mum's friends J and A came in (whom are quite psychic and spiritual) and I spoke with A, she asked me about talking to my Mother to which I disagreed. I then heard my Mothers voice as she entered the building, I saw her in the dream laughing, I started to run through to a different room and she said "I knew she'd run! look she's running!", somehow I had an umbrella of some kind with me and I ended up in a corner when she was running towards me, I held the spike end of the umbrella up towards her so she couldn't come near me.. She was laughing and saying it was silly to ignore her etc... I was hysterically crying in the dream and was frightened... then the dream ended!
