Editing a post

How do I edit a post? I cannot remember.

Hi Flashgordonv,

You'll only have 30 minutes to edit after you post (where "Modify" can be found next to "Quote" on your published post), and then after that, that option is removed.

In my own experience, it looks rather having 10 minutes left to edit one's post than 30.

(Maybe the delay depends on one's status in the forum ?)

I think that for the old version of the forum it was 30 minutes.

Now, since the new version, it is 10 minutes.

Looks like all the formatting options are greyed out at my end e.g. I can't make font bold, italics etc. Basically that whole panel that is above the text box is greyed out.

Anyone have any ideas?

You need to push this button: [ ] , then you should be able to format your text.
