I still don't know which of those events that daytime video is taken from... maybe it's a different event altogether?
It can be from anyone it seems, there was another on April, 2015 http://www.sott.net/article/294852-Massive-explosion-at-chemical-plant-in-southern-China and several from 2014: _http://www.ndtv.com/topic/china-explosion

At Radio Canada this morning they talked about this new explosion but... with the same damned explosion, no more, just these 3 or 4 seconds that cut drastically. Showed where the explosion was, on a big map. So surely a new explosion or a lie? And why no footage at all? Or a false footage?
Just reading a couple of the events from the ndtv site, there exists reports without images at all, in my opinion, there was the explosion, People's Daily China news used the wrong footage and did not bother to ... amend it, considering is not something (as I thought and others too) to them to be extraordinaire

Explosion, Fire Reported At Chinese Chemical Factory (Again) (Photo's)

Here we go again.

Count us incredulous at this point (and we’re sure we aren’t the only ones), but it looks as though there has been yet another explosion at a Chinese chemical facility, this time in Liaoning.

The blast triggered what looks like a sizable fire and the cause is under investigation. Allow us to speculate: either some factory owners with Party connections were able to skirt safety restrictions again possibly leading to the catastrophic loss of life and the release of untold pollutants into the air and water or else someone had some excess inventory they needed to vaporize.
