I see that "global cooling" is also in the list.

The article it links to is a dead link now, but can be seen on the WayBack machine here:

_http://web.archive.org/web/20111027134302/http://www.dinosauria.com/jdp/news/freeze.html
Scientists announced in the July 21, 1999, edition of the journal Nature findings that suggest that global warming can sometimes lead to cold weather or even a worldwide freeze.
I think many people are so committed to the idea of anthropogenic global warming, and so worshipful of the "scientists"/ thought police who are evangelising that paradigm, that consistent average global cooling (as opposed to temporary or localized) could indeed be taken as evidence of global warming. Which is a good example of Orwellian doublethink or doublespeak. War is Peace!

It also seems that having such a variety of possible outcomes of global warming is like betting both ways on a horse. Any change at all can then be seen as corroborating one's theory. Increased rainfall? Yes we said that might happen, just what we predicted! Drought? Ditto!

They forgot to mention that global warming is caused by global warming.

And that's not good because it could ultimately lead to global warming2 which is even more powerful.
