This was taken from another thread, but it it home with me. The work is difficult sometimes because i do not remember it or myself, for whatever reason. Trying to identify what center is doing what, which influence is affecting me, not giving voice to needless negativity, etc...for whatever reason, i forget all this at times during the day. Anart's post has given me extra impetus (shock) to remember myself and the work. Thanks!
