Helpful tip for night owls

Hi everyone,

i'm not sure if this has been posted elsewhere, if so the Mods might move this post where it might fit better.

I have been listening to the Health and Wellness shows on Fridays and one of the things recommended is to reduce the exposure to blue light after sunset. and in this computer era where most of us end up spending time on the computer until late at night (working or otherwise) i heard the guys suggest applications or programs that would switch the light of the screen to a more red tone.

i forget the one they suggested recently (it might even be this one :P), but i found this one and wanted to share it here, as it actually works out nice. And i also think it will work on Mac OS, Linux and Windows.
