Liv: Hey guys! I haven't been on here in a while but I missed you guys :-[
I've been feeling really down and was wondering if I was under some sort of attack or life saying get your life together lady. to start, I think my thyroid may be underactive or something. i'm tired no matter how much sleep I get, I have no energy to the point I don't want to make my son anything to eat (yikes), and I've been feeling so depressed and lonely, that i think its causing confronation with everyone I . It also seems (more like know)like my bosses are picking on me and my boyfriend wants to argue all day long and criticize me?? Usually I'm a very strong person but I'm breaking down. I went to a psychic (who i've been going to for a while now and is very credible and seems to have a good heart) and she saw my chakra were ridiculously low where at one point she said all of my chakras were open. I've been applying for jobs and getting no response, I have no friends anymore and my car is acting crazy. Sheese.
The last few days i've been contemplating my life and decided to come back here for help/guidance (if applicable). Soon as I came back to this website, i began to hear helicopters circle my house again. This only happens when I begin to explore information about life??. I'm also starting to see things move out of the corner of my eye again, i've become very jumpy, and I can see a light, shadow, 3d or something around everything I look at lately. I've been having gallstone attacks almost daily along with headaches. my neck and shoulders have been paining me for about 2 years now (but very bad now) and I have no idea what it is :( I mean calgon take me away.

i'm feeling like something in the world is abt to happen :( i havent been watchin the news or reading lately so i'm not up on anything, but just looking for an explanation

Hello LIV :). Over the past couple years I too have been extra down at times and even though stress has always been a regular part if my life I feel that these certain times that I become suddenly overwhelmed with sorrow and sadness is some kind of triggered emotions? As if somebody were watching my life like a reality show with the ability to place obstacles here and there. Its hard to explain it to almost everybody I know without sounding off the wall. I have always been strong minded and able to get myself through my most trying emotional/mental situations without any need for therapy or medications. The more I learn seems to help with being able to get on when I get super sad. Just know you are not alone :)

LIV,
I'm sorry to hear that you are not your normal self.
My wife has recently being going through the gallstone attack thing, and at at one point we found that she was low in Iron, which was making her depressed, as you seem to be.
A check of your iron levels may be in order.
If you have stones in your gall bladder, you may well have them in your kidneys and liver as well. The Internet has plenty of advice on how to flush them out.
Best Wishes.

Hi LIV,

Sorry to hear that! Did you go to a doctor yet, and had some blood tests done?
May I also ask whether you have already done some reading on the Ketogenic or Paleo diet? What is your current diet like? I ask this, because unhealthy food can have a great impact on our physical health, energy levels, and mental health!

As well as your diet, have you considered meditation? people here on the forum practice Eiriu eolas, it's a major relaxant, has many detoxification advantages and many many more! Here is the website:

I hope your health improves.
Kind Regards :)

Hi Liv, from experience and not just my own but my partner's, my mom and a few others, aching shoulders and neck often accompanied by numbness in the hands are a sure sign of gluten intolerance. Have you at least tried to cut out wheat, oats, barley and such?

Are you sure seeing this psychic is good for you, how long have you been going to this person? Can you tell us more about this person and what s/he does? It may not be the root cause of your problems, but it could be a contributing factor. If you've read the Wave series, you should be aware of the many dangers involved.

I rarely eat anything anymore because of my gallbladder. Ive lost a ton of weight. The doctor says I need surgery to remove it, and I have stones. I know my vitamin D level is like suuuuper low but my iron levels come back ok. I have felt numbness in my hands lately though, but thought i was just sleeping wrong? hmm..

I'm not sure if see the psychic is good or not but i do know she will turn you away if she feel you need to learn a lesson 1st. There has been plenty of times where she would tell me its not time and come back in 8 months when I've learned my lessons. she always says she cant intervine in certain things and i have to make the choice for myself. sometimes she does it for free for a lot of people. When I first saw her she said that i won't be coming to her much longer anyway because I'm going to become psychic, and lately i have been experienicing strange things :/

i will read the wave series and see what it says.. thanks soo much for the support guys :) :) :)

Liv, it'd be a good idea to get your diet and health in good working order and try to avoid having your gall bladder removed. Here's a link that gives a pretty decent overview on the topic http://healthwyze.org/index.php/component/content/article/206-holistically-and-naturally-treating-gallstones-gallbladder-attacks-and-what-you-can-do-about-them-without-getting-butchered-by-a-surgeon.html

If you are 'super low' on vitamin D, perhaps you can find 15-20 minutes a day to soak up some sunshine before winter sets in here in Michigan! You really have to take the bull by the horns and educate yourself on diet and health, because you certainly don't want to find yourself a casualty of standard medical protocol that often does more harm than good.

i had my gallbladder removed a few weeks ago and i'm torn about how I feel about it. the pain has stopped (yayy), but I feel like i could have changed my lifestyle and kept all of my body parts, but for some reason I feel like its a reason I had to get it removed. Everything happens for a reason, lets hope its a positive one... thanks again guys :)

Hi LIV, and welcome back, things may start to look up for you now that your gall bladder is gone.
You must not fall off the wagon with regards to diet, and I would suggest that even though your gall is gone, and the stones in it, you may still have stones in other areas such as liver and kidneys, and it would be advisable to flush them. Under your doctor's supervision of course.

I second what MusicMan said about keeping to the diet, I doubt anything like that will happen again if you stay within the diet.

Glad to hear you're feeling better after having gallbladder removed!

All the best Liv :)

Hi Liv

i find 'domesticated,' light hearted media always picks me up. that and sitting in the sun... or going swimming... or playing with lego. sometimes i'll marathon watch a comedy series. i know these things are distractions from our earthly struggles but sometimes it's what we need.

this video is an example: https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=1075035339189494&fref=nf

or, maybe listening to soulful music, like PM Dawn or Sade helps put me into a positive mood.

good luck at finding that happy place!

thanks guys!! i love pm dawn and sade AND sitting in the sun!!! i will definitely try that.

the doc said my liver was actually kinda messed up too so they are watching that. but i have to have my thyroid checked because i have tumors or lesions or something in it. I may have to have that removed to she said :( (I feel like i'm not going to have anything left but my heart lol) i will look into the kidney stones idea i didnt think of that.

now that i think of it..maybe thats why i was feeling down because my thyroid was messing up...hmmm

i also noticed since i had my gallbladder removed i don't feel super hot all of the time. I work out in the cold and would burst into a sweat in the blistering cold. weird how our bodies tell us something is wrong.

LIV, I'm not sure how old you are, but you could check the perimenopause thread.
The thyroid is concerned with regulating temperature in the body so it's wise to get it checked.
Iodine levels may also need looking at.
I hope you are improving.
