Fireball over Castelsarrasin, France

I have installed and futzed around with Highslide for images. So, click any of the following images:

I also just changed attachment settings.

The new limits are as follows:

- 10MB per attached file
- 10 attachments maximum

Unless it's necessary, please do not post huge images. There's no reason to upload a 5MB, 4320x3240 pixel image when a resized version that's 100kB will do just fine. Storage space costs money - plus we have multiple backups (so multiply by 3!).

IOW, resize your images before attaching them! This is usually way easier to do than most people think. For example, if you have Windows, you probably have Windows Live Photo Gallery.

0. Click "Start", type "photo" and Windows Live Photo Gallery will appear in the Start Menu
1. Open your images in Photo Gallery
2. Right-click an image (or select multiple images)
3. Pick "Resize..."
4. Choose the size, and where you want to save the resized file
5. Click "Resize and Save"

You can even do this for multiple images at once, save them to your Desktop, attach the smaller images to your post, and you're done.

If you don't have Photo Gallery, grab it for free from here:

_http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-live/photo-gallery#photogallery=overview

The max attachment size increase is mostly so that we can easily share PDFs and other documents more easily.

As before, Guests are not allowed to view or post attachments.
