Its a presentation by Rob Menard about Law, and Commerce, and how they relate to Persons, Humans, and Freesouls-On-Land. This is the preview version of the Sequel to Bursting Bubbles of Government Deception. Even though it says "preview version" its over 2 hours long but I think well worth the look.
I don't know how this works outside Canada but if you live there I would recommend watching it.
I thought that using the information from the people who made this talk/lecture would help. Even though they sell books and other things, this describes what the video contains quite nicely.
