Forget warcrimes, Shane Doan is a racist!

The Force is Strong With This One
There's nothing like a good hockey controversy to distract Canadians from what's happening in the world. We (Canadians) still think of ourselves as the "Hereos of Vimy Ridge" and still actaully believe that the whole world loves us and would never think otherwise. Does anyone else find it strange that in the midst of Canada being accused of knowingly handing over prisoners to be tortured in Afghanistan that this story about Doan comes to the front? To me it seems like the perfect way to forget our global impact and focus on the stereotypical things that makes us Canadian. It is an effective way to keep us living in the past in a time when Canada really was the best country in the world (please excuse the bias :) ) So Canucks, what are you thinking eh?
