FOX News Do intelligent dinosaurs really rule alien worlds?

Hello friends, im not sure if this is the right forum for this topic and if not let me know. I found a short article posted by fox news about dinosaur aliens on other planets flying UFO's. The most interesting part is that it was by fox news. Read the article and let me know what you think of the whole deal. To me almost seems like they are starting to maybe introduce the idea of lizzies?
