I did a forum search: "François Poli" and got: "no search results". That's why I'm starting this thread, because I'd really like to read your thoughts.

François Poli, a sixty-one-year-old Luxembourger, former CEO of the prestigious Edmond de Rothschild banking house, was recently appointed as the new director of the Vatican Bank, also known as the Institute for Religious Works. This news, which according to its gravity should be on the front pages of all the world's leading media, remained almost unnoticed in the usual reporting. It is this silence that raises the key question of why such an important move is not discussed publicly and transparently.

Hi Kika, could you please give us the source of the above quote? Is it an article suitable for SOTT, since you posted it in the SOTT section? And if so, what are your thoughts?

Hi Gwenllian,
I chose this section because it is an event from everyday life, whether it fits better in a sandbox or a fried noodle, I don't care.

As I wrote, I would like to read the perspective, the angles of view of more people. Personally, I "created" a kind of parallel with the events surrounding the takeover in TPUS, and that is what I thought I would balance with feedback.

To the editors of Sott: UDARNA VIJEST – Bivši direktor Rothschilda postavljen za šefa Vatikanske banke – Mediji šute… Jadni katolici…

They are better qualified than me to judge whether it is appropriate for SOTT.
