For what it is worth, The CS2 suite is fully functional and is still available with serials despite what adobe says.

So theoritically speaking IF you downloaded them and installed the programs (the activation servers are gone) there is nothing that would prevent you from using them for education purpose

I might have to consider this. Purely for the educational aspect, you see.

Thanks, Grini. That clarifies it. Just checked our version, it's 10.7.4, so that's why it doesn't work. I missed that info yesterday because I had to get ready to go to work.

And the article...this move from Adobe is ridiculous.

I might have to consider this. Purely for the educational aspect, you see.
