George Soros arrest petition

Clay

The Force is Strong With This One
There is a petition on the White House's website for an international arrest warrant for George Soros. Very easy to sign this petition. All it takes is 100,000 signatures. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

Here is the link to that petition.

I've been wondering when Soros would get in the well-deserved crosshairs, but I'm curious. Is this site the official website of the White House? I ask because the site also lists these two "anti-Trump" petitions:

* Immediately release Donald Trump's full tax returns, with all information needed to verify
emoluments clause compliance

* Divest or put in a blind trust all of the President's business and financial assets

Here is a short video in case you want a summation :

Yeah, it's legit. Pretty much anyone can get on there and file a petition. These were probably even started prior to Trump taking office.

The website itself is supposed to be nonpartisan because it represents the office, no necessarily the current inhabitant.

edit: clarity

Well, it seems that not so many people signed the petition (627 in 13 days running petition). It is needed at least 20.000 to get a response from the White House and the target of the petition is get 100.000.

The others petitions about Trump businesses seems to be more populars. The first one got 476,329 signatures and the second one 150,849 with almost the same quantity of days. I can imagine much snowflakes signing desperately both of them :P

Yes, it's just another example showing that the most active part of the American citizens continue to live in a huge bubble ready to explode any minute now. They gladly take money from Soros to riot against Trump and don't care one bit about the fact that dozens of countries who followed this route are now in ruins. Very sad.

If the petition passes, then the guys at the White House will take it in consideration. Then they require proof, which is harder to obtain. Just because of what the petition says, regarding what kind of person he his and what he did till now, there is no proof to actually arrest him. More than that, it would be almost impossible to actually start an investigation, when you have so many obstacles - elites, well paid lawyers with good reputation, judges etc. He is controlling a lot of things.

My opinion is that this petition is a tryout/scream to the people, but the rest is just impossible crap.

Well, nice to know that the site is there. We could create our own petition(s) and promote them vigorously with our keyboard warriors.

I don't think that the petition will be useful for get Soros in prision, IMO it would be silly believe it. But what I really feel is that the fact that so little people signed it has a kind of symbolic importance. I would expect that so much people had signed it just because they are angry and they know that he is behind most world chaos. I'd like to see people signing it just because they do not like him nor what he do. IMO signing it would be in some sence a way to draw a line, a begining, a little point of light at the end of the path,... but 627 vs ~616,000 ??? ... It is sad and hopelessful :( :headbash:

I remember years ago when I was on Facebook, signing some petitions that got posted there. I was amazed at how they follow up, using your email to flood you with other petitions. Sites like MoveOn, and Change.org. I think that is how they can get ridiculous numbers on their petitions. This one, on the whitehouse.gov site would not fit into their agenda so would not get any of their publicity. I think the message nowadays is skewed because their side is very organized, and the other side is not. Just look at how they can mass large amounts of people, almost at the drop of a hat, for protests, while the other side remains virtually silent. And how the media can push this message out.
