I want to share a dream I had and I would like to get feedback or maybe read some experiences with a dream that is very common which is dreaming about teeth falling out or molars falling out.
My experience with this type of dream is that big changes are coming. Personally it is a change that has to do with health and precedes or is like a sign that I have to attend to my health or face the consequences. It has happened to me on a couple of occasions, the last time in October 2015 (I was diagnosed with diabetic ketoacidosis). In my case it is always about molars falling out not teeth and the molars don't have cavities but come out but I am able to put them back in their place in the dream.
Some interpretations point out that this type of dream is about
● Insecurity. May be related to a loss of self-esteem or preoccupation with physical appearance.
● Loss of control. May be a metaphor for loss of control in life, related to stressful or anxious situations.
●Life changes. May be associated with significant life changes, such as moving, changing jobs, or experiencing personal transformations.
● Renewal. If new teeth appear after the loss of teeth, it may be a time of renewal and positive energy.
Now the last time I dreamed this was a couple of weeks ago. I dreamed that I could easily pull out the molars and in doing so one of these molars was my health crystal (which by the way is small and yes it is tooth shaped like a fang!) I was surprised to see my crystal then I saw the rest of the molars and these were not "bone" but were crystals and gave off a sparkle in the light. So I put them back in and they fit perfectly and that's when I woke up.
Since my health issue in 2015 I have led a healthy lifestyle, daily exercise, supplements etc. In the middle of 2024 I strangely started to lose weight, a lot (and I thought no, not again) and by September I was gaining muscle mass again. Today I like my body, my niece tells me it's "fitness"
The session on October 10, 2015 was very very inspiring for me. A watershed. I read this session when I got out of the hospital.

Q: (L) Alright. So, when I gave these talks here at these meetings we had a few years ago, and I described making a decision to help and just do one thing after another, day after day; in making such choices one day after the other, will this gradually move you step-by-step to a different timeline?
A: Yes
Q: (L) So it's accumulation of daily steps, daily choices, daily activities?
A: Yes and it would be extremely beneficial if more of your members learned and practiced this.
Q: (L) Can you be more specific about that?
A: For those who find themselves in a life situation that is less than desirable or optimal, small daily acts that declare their affinity for another reality will accumulate and trigger a phase transition.
Small daily acts... A few days after leaving the hospital my first step was to go for a run. And I was having a hard time because my legs were very thin and with little strength. But that's over now. And I hope that this last dream is a sign of something positive.
