global flashing lights phenomena intensifies ..

update:
more from Canada and more locations .
i have even my own, on the sauna i go in Wroclaw/Poland. (only one lamp)

wonder if this is holes in magnetosphere making direct impact on led lamps?
and i also wonder if it programs the recipients for some later mission ..

what do you think ?
