Elemental atoms comprise all parts in different forms of what orthodox science calls an atom, in its standard model of nucleus of protons+ neutrons and orbiting electron(s) , these particles elemental atoms , which Leadbeater at times calls as ANU , are also themselves in turn made up of strands following a similar fractal patterning , in any case , a single hydrogen atom is 18 elemental atoms arranged in specific structure , which would be different across all atomic structures / ie other atomic elements if you will .
The ability to perceive such would literally depend on the observers capacity , with the 3rd eye don't know if there's a theoretical distance limit, with a more tactile sense , it would depend on the centers and their ranged ability , which depends on center , and this varies . all of such potential particles are sub-atomic sizes (re formal models ), they exist in our realm for sure , but some may well co-exist elsewhere as well , for example i'd place Orgon ( tentatively) among such . Don't have the technical know how to even hazard a guess if there's man made technical devices able to do so , but these particles are certainly part of phenomena such as auras and other human based holistic understanding of how the human body really works , as such it's ( a guess on my part) that witnessing these will depend also on the observers assumptions to make matters all the more interesting XD , as for implications there's way to many to me to simplify it , such a broader understanding of the physical realm surpasses current available 3d models , this would ( per C. Webster L. work ) for example allow greater understanding of literal transmutation of materials , which the transcripts do state that some humans have an ability to do.
