Happy birthday to Laura!

Happy Birthday Laura! :flowers:

A song for you ( not all the latter lyrics apply!) :)

You have the cool, clear eyes
Of a seeker of wisdom and truth
Yet there's that up-turned chin
And the grin of impetuous youth
Oh, I believe in you
I believe in you.

I hear the sound of good, solid judgment
Whenever you talk
Yet there's the bold, brave spring of the tiger
That quickens your walk
Oh, I believe in you
I believe in you.

And when my faith
In my fellow man
All but falls apart
I've but to feel your hand grasping mine
And I take heart
I take heart.
To see the cool, clear eyes
Of a seeker of wisdom and truth
Yet there's that slam, bang, tang

Reminiscent of gin and vermouth
Oh, I believe in you
Now I believe in you.

I believe in you
I believe in you ...
I believe you're good for me, baby

On second thoughts it is probably more important just to have some kind of location field in the database. A Dewey number would be perfectly useful as a location field for finding where the book is. As long as there is a location field, the books could even be randomly arranged and you could still find them, though the random arrangement would not be as amenable as a Dewey arrangement.

Yup. I'm not going into big numbers, just general fields. And sometimes, I don't agree with their classifications.

Another Happy Birthday Wish to you, Laura. I saw Gaby`s Birthday card with the peacock on it. So beautiful! I noticed you like peacocks and their feathers. (And not to mention you have one). If you don`t mind me asking, on your special day, does the peacock or it`s feathers have a special meaning for you? Enjoy your day!!!

Cs once said the peacock was my totem animal and for a period prior to that I had been talking about people needing "all the eyes of the peacock" to really SEE. So, I guess that was the relationship. And I DO love peacock blues and greens.

Meanwhile, I've been poring over the Fragments of the Roman Historians, and stopped to take a break and check the forum. I understand the late lunch/early dinner is in preparation, the chocolate mousse firmed up beautifully, and I'm starving!

Happy birthday Laura. Have a great time with all your family. :hug2:

Happy Birthday, Laura!! :flowers:

The other day I was watching some of Pete Seeger's videos on youtube and found this one from his 90th birthday concert. It reminded me of you and all the efforts here to help lead others (and ourselves) to something more human. There's many beautiful Amazing Grace videos out there where the singer touches the right notes and does justice to the song. This one is a bit different as Pete Seeger brings out the beauty of the song through the audience.

So, thank you for leading us with Amazing Grace. :hug2:

Happy Birthday Laura. May you enjoy Heath and Happiness.
And many, many more birthdays. Each more fun that the last...

Have a Happy Birthday Laura :hug2: :flowers:
