Thank you so, so, SO much EVERYONE for all the wishes and beautiful virtual cards! I am truly humbled.

I want to thank the German fairies for the liverwurst! And the Spanish fairy for the flowers! Thank you to some of the US fairies for physical cards, and the "you know who's" for the sweet tokens that arrived in the mail.

As to the day, it was pretty perfect. I got up early, did some cooking, some research work; the usual. I made a nice spaghetti sauce for dinner and we had rice pasta with it. Iza made a poppy seed cake (no flour). The fam gave me a rocking chair (!) and hand made chocolates with no evil ingredients. Ark gave me a pair of funny glasses that you can read while lying down! Everybody was trying them. Really strange!

I see from the news that Russia and the US have sort of agreed to get along a little and that's a pretty good birthday present, too.

So again, thank you to EVERYONE. Onward and upward!
