So, I went and see, but unfortunately it's in german. I registered for some free courses, and copy-pasted some info in my langage.
It's a wonderfull source of real medecine. I highly recommend it to germanophones, or others who are techy and able to have it in english (I don't know if it's possible). AMD said in one of his articles that he'd like to get time to do the same for anglophones, but he's so busy.
Harmut FISCHER seems so devoted, and explains so well. I like him very much, that's why I think it's usefull to cite him. .
