Having Some Symptoms

Hello network!
I would like to ask you something related to some physical symptoms I am experiencing in the last 2 weeks or so;
There are 3 symptoms in total and they consist of:
The first one is a visual one, whenever I look into the sky there is some sort of "emanation", just like a circuit; it seems like going into the middle of a black hole(i cannot describe it completely), and it would look like this(the sky is blue/white, the emanations seems to be like a "negative" color of it, it distinguishable only on bright colors):
http://ak3.picdn.net/shutterstock/videos/661852/preview/stock-footage-circuit-board-digital-space-image.jpg - It looks like this but instead of those squares there are distorted circles.

The second one relates to when I am self-remembering myself, sometimes with my eyes closed, when I open my eyes, the lights in the room are flashing in my eyes, something like my perception of the reality is re-adjusting.

The third one is a vibration in my left sole, on the left side of it, seems like a signal, because it vibrates from 8 to 8 seconds, sometimes from 11 to eleven seconds, and from 3 to 3 seconds.

There is also another(very common from what Ive researched) symptom of seeing blobs of lights in my vision, feels like something is there. Like a presence.
Is there anybody who has some clues about these symptoms?
Thank you very much!

Hello Edgitarra,

the first thing that comes to mind is what your diet is looking like? Have you had a chance yet to check out the Life Without Bread and the ketogenic diet threads? The reason I'm asking is because as long as you have not removed things like gluten, dairy and sugar from your diet, there's a vast range of symptoms that can result, and could be an explanation for the symptoms you're experiencing.

Also, in your introduction thread you wrote:

I stopped of a sudden to smoke, and try to be as sober as possible, so that I could start the Work properly.

Does that mean you are not consistently sober and have occasional slip-ups? If so, that would be another source for the disruption of your brain and body chemistry. But do correct me if I misunderstood you. :)

I don't smoke anymore, I don't have occasional slip-ups. I don't eat bread, I eat meat and fats in the morning, and meat in the evening. Sometimes I eat rice in very small quantities, wallnuts and sunflower seeds, apple. I feel very good, I can hear very very good for some time as well, things seem to look very sharp, and there is more brightness in the light I perceive.

I read as many hours I can spend on reading everyday, I meditate and thats it. I mean when I am free from the social duties I really try to make a line and do the stuff I need to do for my purpose.

Even the tiniest amount of gluten ( rice does contain gluten) is harmful for most of the people and the effects can last as much as 6 months. You may want to search the forum for gluten and in general diet threads mentioned before change the diet and see , how it goes.

Yes it may have gluten, it is wild rice mixed with brown rice, not normal rice. I ate rice other times in my past life(usually i eat it rarely), but still no symptoms like the ones I have now.

The rice that I use is gluten free. I am staying off gluten.
At least this is what is related to the product description. It could have gluten; there are lies everywhere.

If you really want to be gluten-free, avoid even products that claim to be gluten-free. They are often contaminated with gluten as they are processed in the same facilities and on the same equipment as gluten products.

Avoid all grains and check all labels (such as some cold cuts, e.g. salami, to make sure there's no grains/flours added, etc.). One other potential source of gluten contamination can be spices - again, because of being processed in the same facilities and equipment as gluten containing grains.

Another option may be to get it checked out by your doctor. It the symptoms persist it makes me wonder if there could be some neurological condition that is affecting your vision and nervous system. Just speculation though.

Have you tried Éiriú Eolas? That might also be of help.

Also, the following video on gluten intolerance gives a good explanation on how the so-called gluten-free grains contain their own kind of gluten.

Absolutely, look like an acute nerve condition. Perhaps combined with cornea or vitreous humour glitch but what you describe about lights flashing really look like as a nerve problem.

So, what to do ?

Yes, gluten free diet can definitively help you but go to the doctor and ophthalmologist to have their point of view. Next :
- Eat seafood or fish each day for some weeks to have a massive supply of iodine
- Saw an osteopath. Inform yourself to find a good one who do gentle manipulations. Your nervous system is perhaps overstressed by misplacement of cervical or vertebra and for what you describe, you need soft manipulations so simply ask him if this how he work before jumping for an appointement.

Do that for now and report us the result.

Thanks a lot!

About the leg vibration - I discovered that my feet are cold, so I used 2 pair of socks, and it diminished.

and about the flashlights - it happens only and only when I try to remember myself; could be something which is related to attention

Anyways I will try to do what you said, also plan my funds related to it.

Blood circulation deficiency. Can be another symptom of the same problem. Your body need to be heal as a whole.

Make me think of an overstress of your pineal gland but it's just an idea. Remove the gluten, take the iodine and magnesium to begin.
