Ok, wow thanks for all the great info! now my diet is down to double boiled water and homemade buckwheat bread!
scared, YES i AM!! lol *kidding* seriously!!! it's not quite that bad yet, but getting there.

anyhow I was looking at my recipe about "Rice Milk" and I think I will have to get back to ya all about a new version of this! (throwing out my Xianthum gum/Guar Gum as we speak) and the huge bottle of honey I got at costo as well! (no i am not advertising them)

My question is this...
1. I do buy "Gluten" Free brown rice, is there such a thing?
2. I buy bulk Maple Syrup, I substitude sugar and honey with this as well?

It would help if you would post in the thread that you are referring to. We generally don't want a bunch of one post one-liner type threads. Try to stay with topics.

No, rice contains gluten.

Food that should be safe:

buckwheat, quinoa, amaranth and wild rice.

Sugar is a no go, also honey is just sugar. Try xylitol or stevia. Use the search function to find out more about these two sugar alternatives.

And have a look here for some more information, about diet and health:

Thank you Laura, I will be sure to do this!
Is this the correct way if I want to respond back to someone on here?

If I want to know if someone has responded to something I have posted or if I am interested in a topic and the responses people are leaving on here do I have to bookmark them and go back to them or is there another way?

You can also see a list of new replies to threads in which you have posted:

That link is also found on every page just below "Hello <username>", along two others that make it simple to follow new postings.
