The Force is Strong With This One
On the top, I am very excited to have this possibility to become a part of Cassiopaean Group. I'm whole into the Cassiopaean Experiment, very interested in that but the topic im writing with isn't that positive. I mean, my medium friend gave me an advice to look at this experiment because I had some problem with weird dreams and experiences at last with 'Aliens' abductions, implants nothing new. I found many materials here about things I actually thought 'like I knew them before' you know Im practicing meditation and Éiriú Eolas. I found also those willingness to start working on myself to finally collect all the pieces by ASKING and LEARNING but something went wrong. I have problems physial and mental. The doctor said it's epilepsy, got pills - and I sleep all day and all night but it's caused by the pills, 'Im about to stop taking them' and I am now during the tests on Multiple Sclerosis. I am only 21 now. I am scared that mentally I am to weak to work on this experiment and some upper strength maybe from 3rd or 4th density of STS is trying to stop me. The question to You is, do You think that I should go on to get stronger and learn more cause the science only can save us or actually stop. My helath problems aren't only the 'sign' my Mum and Sister too have similar issues... Laura wrote about her transitional health problems as a part of this experiment what partly calms me but I always felt something different like I'm not here to only live this life and I asked about 'Reasons' so... Maybe you will be able to help...
Here are some of the symptoms.
- numbness of the hands, after numbness of hands persists it takes one or both legs
- stupefaction
- sight problems sometimes like i was drunk or it's too bright, too dark, double vision
- insomnia
- weird dreams, sleep paralysis
- stress
- depression
and at the end epilepsy that happend 3 days a go so I saw my doctor and she said it can be Multiple Sclerosis and I got into more depression than I was in... Help

:welcome: to our forum strvmm. Seeing this is one of your first posts and the post above already kind of an intro we would appreciate it if you would post a brief intro about yourself also in the Newbies section, telling us how you found this forum, how long you've been reading it and/or the SOTT page, whether or not you've read any of Laura's books yet, etc. And that this topic of your own doesn't get clustered with welcomes and that your healths questions can be better dealt with.

As you may know the symptoms could be caused by many factors. With that one of the first questions is: how does your diet look like? Do you eat the main culprits like gluten and milk for example? Do you support your system with supplements already? And have you followed some health topic already here on the forum?

I am very sorry, I haven't written about myself frst but I didnt see the thread. I am really sorry once again. Well, yes I red some threads about helath and found some topics about this but havent seen any about numbing or something like that, so I thought to ask. Hmm my diet, I just don't eat meat but everything else if it;s good prepared I eat. And milk i dont like casual milk, I prefer soy milk :). I talked to my doctor about this diet and she gave me list of things i should it if I don't want meat and it was about a half year ago and always I felt good til now :(.

Welcome to the forum strvmm, glad to have you aboard. :welcome:

No need to apologise, we are all here to learn. You might want start by having a look at the Ketogenic Diet and Life Without Bread threads which go in great depth explaining the importance of eating a high-fat, medium-protein and low-carb diet for optimal health. As many on this forum have found by following the diet, keto-adaptation can have a beneficial impact on your health on multiple levels.

I don't know about your reasons for not eating meat, but I would recommend reading an insightful book called 'The Vegetarian Myth' by Lierre Keith. There are also plenty of articles on SOTT.net about the benefits of high-fat diets and why you should avoid eating gluten, dairy and sugars. Here are some suggestions:

The Ketogenic Diet - An Overview
We became human because we ate meat
The history of how wheat became toxic

Do take your time to go through the material as it's very important to understand how the body works and how the food we ingest affects it, before making any changes to the diet. Happy reading! :read:

Sometimes it takes a while before dietary choices start to catch up with you. Do read the recommended threads and The Vegetarian Myth that Eboard10 shared. If you're open to the information it will be very eye opening for you and will give you lots of clues as to why your health is suffering.

There are also loads of articles on the bad health effects of soy on the Sott page. Here are a few to get you started.

The Truth about Soy
Soy: Dark Side of a "Health Food"
95% of Soy Products May be Damaging Your Health

Thank You so much. This is what I've been looking for. I hope it's helpful :)

Just want to point out that soy is bad for the body. And I agree with what the others have said about reading the various thread mentioned on this board. I had been a vegetarian and I am paying for it now with bad health. Changing my diet to no grains, no dairy, no fruits, no soy, no sugar and eating mostly meat and fat a some cooked veggies really made a difference.

Hello stvmm. And welcome to the forum :)

It is great you decided to jump on the forum.

Just to add. There are subtances such as sugar and gluten in general that you will find are not good for the organism, certain dietary changes need to be made to inprove your health as the argument goes there are many toxins and foods that the organism cannot digest or process and end up being detrimental, but you have to take one step at a time listening to your body as every body is different and react differently. removing foods that are damaging while at the sametime learning your tolerance to changes.

The intake of pills for epilepsy can take a toll on the liver, so also keep an eye out for your liver health.

I have a friend who suffers from epilepsy he is 60-something and he has mentioned some of the drugs he has tried are toxic and even banned in other countries, some others he found to trigger epileptic episodes and the one he is currently taking are much better but when he tried to come off the drugs on his own he had an episode, I encourage you to do a research on the pills you have been prescribed and reviews of the drugs. I can't remember the names of them but it is worth it you research this also to find what is suitable for you.

I can only relate to the sleep paralisys, which i had all my life very very often, and breathing deeply while in that state helps alot, having bad sleeping habits, oversleeping and not getting enough sleep cause sleep paralisys on me, have you found any triggers ??
The way i see it is a chemical imbalance in the brain, caused by the body releasing melatonin when there is no sleep. But there can be many reasons for this, as was mentioned before there could be many causes to your symptoms.

I found , Sometimes one of the tool for STS forces to bring us down is THAT dicorugament we feel when things seem not alright, so do your best and keep learning and asking and growing

Welcome to the forum, strvmm!

You'll see there is a lot of information in the recommended threads. However, since it could be so overwhelming and from what you shared, I would prioritize reading The Vegetarian Myth which you can get here:

_https://www.amazon.com/Vegetarian-Myth-Food-Justice-Sustainability/dp/1604860804/ref=tmm_pap_swatch_0?_encoding=UTF8&qid=&sr=

It is short book and it summarizes what you need to know ASAP: the evils of gluten (specially within the context of multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, numbness, depression, etc), the problem with dairy and soy and the importance of eating animal foods.

It would be a great step towards healing.

Then all the various threads in the health section of this forum would be easier to navigate.

:welcome: :flowers:

Can you please tell us little more details about your "medium" friend and his relation with you. What is he doing and how. Can you also tell us when has all those physical and mental problems start? Was it before you was introduced to the C's material and Laura's books or problems arrived after that.

How long are you doing EE and how is that affecting you. You can read the thread about EE, where you can find a lot of details about it.

There's also a thread on the forum about soy as well:

Soy is VERY dangerous!

It's really unfortunate that this food has been marketed as a health food when it is so harmful (same for the vegetarian diet). But the good thing is that you're still young and there's a lot of things you can do that are very likely to help your health.

Welcome to the forum, strvmm!

Great information given so far. Here is a Dr. who reversed her own MS with a paleo diet.

Multiple Sclerosis Diet: Doctor Terry Wahls Reverses MS With Diet Alone

THE WAHLS PALEO DIET

As a clinical researcher who has published over 60 scientific abstracts, posters, and papers, Wahls is no stranger to clinical trials and research. She turned to PubMed, a free resource developed and updated by the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) that gives anyone access to primary research reports on biomedical topics. Through exploration, she began to see what supplements were recommended to help protect the mitochondria within brain cells that communicate with parts of the body to function. Instead of taking supplements recommended by researchers to improve the functioning of the mitochondria, Wahls decided to consume the nutrients through solid foods.
