New heineken limited edition has a symbolic message.
That being the planet combined into the star, the pentagram, with the slogan "The Future" under, it also 666 after reversing cans
The promotional videos from 2012 ( _http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Do5Febv08s&feature=plcp ) state they are celebrating their 140th anniversary , we have 1872

18 is for 6+6+6, 72 the other being 36, another esoteric term for 3 6's.
1+8+7+2 also adds up to 18 = 6+6+6

But according to Heineken International's official history Heineken was started in 1864 in Amsterdam, not 1872
They could have just made a mistake and said its their 140th anniversary when really its their 148th. Maybe this is all just coincidence , but not for me :)

Hello marek760,
Do you think there is any chance that you might see more into this symbolism than there is ?

Maybe the Psychology & Cognitive Science board could help you to understand that our brains are wired in a certain way which makes us prone to see links between elements where there are none for example.

Usually if we look for specific clues to justify our theories & thinking process, chances are that we will find them ;)

I agree with Tigersoap.

However, advertising has a long and disgusting history of putting some disturbing stuff out there that is hard to recognize for all but the most discerning.

See if you can find anything else that may support your theory.

you right
we see what we want to see , and for the most people its just regular beer and nice logo nothing else ,
but for me i just see message thats all.

Well, red star isn't only pagan symbol. For example, who knows if Heineken isn't sending subliminal messages to its Communist comrades all around the world. ;)

Here is an article about another recent scare that has to do with five point star/pentagram:
http://www.sott.net/article/264569-Star-Secret-What-does-giant-pentagram-mean

Added: Oh, and just remembered Laura mentioning the connection between the symbols of all the main religions and comet symbology. So if you are looking for some conspiracy behind it, maybe it's a result of subconscious influencing of the masses, just like it was prior to 9/11. Hey, that's just another theory for you ;)

And if you haven't read Laura's new book Comets and Horns of Moses, I highly recommend it!

I think it is all right seeing messages, but sometimes - if not most of the time - they will only be hypothetical and it cannot be proofed entirely what these messages mean, cause we are lacking data/facts. They can be fun to play with, but one shouldn't lose the track within them (and not suggesting that you do!) :).

Here is a small link suggestion about patterns and numbers. And there is also the analogy from Umberto Eco who measures a kiosk and finds a lot of symbols.

Secret History page 281 f. Original: Umberto Eco: Focault's Pendulum said:
Amid all the nonsense there are some unimpeachable truths... I invite you to go and measure [an arbitrarily selected] kiosk. You will see that the length of the counter is one hundred and forty-nine centimeters—in other words, one hundred-billionth of the distance between the earth and the sun. The height at the rear, one hundred and seventy-six centimeters, divided by the width of the window, fifty-six centimeters, is 3.14. The height at the front is nineteen decimeters, equal, in other words, to the number of years of the Greek lunar cycle. The sum of the heights of the two front corners is one hundred and ninety times two plus one hundred and seventy-six times two, which equals seven hundred and thirty-two, the date of the victory at Poitiers. The thickness of the counter is 3.10 centimeters, and the width of the cornice of the window is 8.8 centimeters. Replacing the numbers before the decimals by the corresponding letters of the alphabet, we obtain C for ten and H for eight, or C10H8, which is the formula for naphthalene.

...With numbers you can do anything you like. Suppose I have the sacred number 9 and I want to get the number 1314, date of the execution of Jacques de Molay—a date dear to anyone who professes devotion to the Templar tradition of knighthood. ...Multiply nine by one hundred and forty-six, the fateful day of the destruction of Carthage. How did I arrive at this? I divided thirteen hundred and fourteen by two, by three, et cetera, until I found a satisfying date. I could also have divided thirteen hundred and fourteen by 6.28, the double of 3.14, and I would have got two hundred and nine. That is the year Attalus I, king of Pergamon, ascended the throne.

You see? ...The universe is a great symphony of numerical correspondences... numbers and their symbolisms provide a path to special knowledge. But if the world, below and above, is a system of correspondences where tout se tient, it’s natural for the [lottery] kiosk and the pyramid, both works of man, to reproduce in their structure, unconsciously, the harmonies of the cosmos.

How about the star, one world union... All continents "together".

Everywhere I look I see signs of a one world order, "the future" as stated on the can, it makes me sick.
