My husband was also diagnosed with kidney disease and when he started giving blood every 4-6 weeks everything went back to normal, his blood pressure dropped and his kidney tests came back normal. His primary care physician was completely shocked. His HRT doctor was the one that required him to give blood and it worked. She, the HRT doctor, told him a lot of men would benefit from giving blood regularly. It's something to discuss with your doctor or research more online. Just a thought, as my husband feels AMAZING after he gives blood. May not be the right thing for you but I wanted to share it in case it could help you or anyone else reading this. Good luck!

Hello Ask-Seek-Knock, big news has shared, I made a decantation with the help of a friend and vacutainer tubes and hope to continue doing since I was not able to make the donation, I trust that everything is regulated, I'm also taking extract of olive leaves that recommended, thanks for sharing your experience and advice. :)

High blood pressure is a plague of the modern age. Today, this disease affects 80% of the older population and 40% of people over 35 years.

If you have high blood pressure, do not ignore it. High blood pressure is a silent killer because it can lead to heart disease, heart attack, kidney failure and premature death.

If you have hypertension, you do not have a lifetime to drink tablets.

Fortunately, there are natural methods that will help you successfully control, even in completely heal this disease.

nutrition

It is not easy to change your eating habits, but it is the only and best way of prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease, including high blood pressur

Avoid refined oils - Use only cold-pressed oils because they contain "good fats" beneficial for cardiovascular health.

You need to get rid of excess weight and obesity because it significantly increases the risk of hypertension.

Regular exercise prevents cardiovascular disease, including high blood pressure, for 50%.

This does not mean that you have to hurry to the gym - you can practice at home.

If you already have increased blood pressure, with exercise, start slowly and gradually increase the intensity.

Stress is one of the underlying causes of many diseases.

Long-term exposure to stress can lead to emotional, psychological and physical problems such as high blood pressure and heart disease.

It has been scientifically proven that omega-3 fatty acids reduce the risk of coronary heart disease, total mortality, congestive heart failure, myocardial infarction and stroke.

The recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids is 1000-2000 mg.

garlic

Numerous studies confirm that garlic plays an important role in the health of our cardiovascular system.

The greatest benefit of garlic consists in the fact that it protects the cells and blood vessels from oxidative and inflammatory processes. Damage to blood vessels highly reactive oxygen molecules is a key factor that increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases, including stroke and atherosclerosis.

The unique composition of garlic, which contains the full range of sulfur compounds, protects from oxidative stress and inflammation.

My husband is reading a book called Healing Mushrooms by Dr. George Halpern and I was just thumbing through it and found a section on Cordyceps and Diabetes (Pg80), Cordyceps and Kidney Failure (pg82) plus Multiple Mushrooms and High Blood Pressure (Pg 131) and it made me think of your thread. I have not read this book yet, but my husband loves it. I plan to read it when he is finished and I will add a post on the forum under the Books section.

We heard about this book while watching Dr Richard Becker on TV and after his show my husband drove down to the Vitamin Shoppe and purchased a bottle of mushroom complex (maitake, reishi & shitake) plus a bottle of Organic Cordyceps.

The experiment with high blood pressure, info from Pg 131, showed that a combination of mushrooms like the two bottles my husband purchased were more beneficial then taking one mushroom type alone because the results showed one type of mushroom worked better than another and vice versa on one particular issue for example…high blood pressure was lower with the group just fed maitake and the shiitake fed group did not have lower blood pressure but their plasma and triglyceride levels were lower so when combined, you get the full benefits of what you want to accomplish. Pretty cool stuff!!
