High Craziness...

Dear fellow forumers,

Just thought I'd let y'all know that I am around and would dearly love to post more, if it weren't for all the craziness that's been happening around me. I'm curious to know if this is or has happened to others...

For many many months I have been dealing with job uncertainty- suffice it to say these have been very stressful times, at times I wondered how I was going to feed my kids (being single mum and all). Well after a truly epic saga, I finally sorted that out. I got the EE program and finally started...within a week of this, my car had a flat tyre, a water pipe burst inside my house causing flooding and damage (lucky it wasn't worse - it could have been), a visit from the ex-mother-in-law and a myriad of other pesky little 'issues' which have left me feeling drained tired and just ready to give up!! I am trluy a nobody, I certainly dont think I am a threat to anything or anybody, so why all these seeming obstacles? Or is this all being orchestrated to create more 'food for the moon'- more stress, more food?

Am I baking noodles here?

I'm sorry to hear it's been so rough for in such a short amount of time. This is quite common, though for each of us it manifests differently, I would think as the The Matrix sees fit, barraging some with unfortunate events so that they might give up immediately, while for others making it "pleasant" so that they might lower their guard (i.e. lack real discernment) and be either co-opted later or be left unable to come to terms with their programs or certain particular Truth. As the C's put it:

Session said:
A: .. Number One, Nobody is a "nobody." Number two, it is no trouble at all for aforementioned forces [Lizzies, Consortium] to give seemingly individualized attention to anybody.

Gurdjieff and Castenada also talk about this and Laura has covered it extensively, both in relation to the Control System in itself as well as specifically to those who choose to deviate from the General Law. Considering what Castenada/Don Juan says, that the Predators will fight desperately to not get found out, to not lose their food, I would say rather than it being done to create food, it is so that you can be kept as food. In the humans being herded as cattle metaphor, what basically seems to be happening in your life is a bit like having found the electric fence around the ranch.

Remember though that EE is not just a "morning and night" program, it's an invaluable tool in coping with your everyday life at the moment of a stressful situation so don't forget to use it. A pipe breath in time saves nine :)

I'm not really sure what practical advice I can give, except to try (really difficult, I know) to not let the "3D stuff" get to your head. I find this much easier to look at them lessons or tests, kind of like the Cosmos (which 4D STS is also part and parcel of, I should add) saying "OK Arwenn, I see you wanna move to 4th grade, so lets begin your 3rd grade "exams" then. Oh by the way, you don't get to look at the questions!". So when something like a flat tyre comes along at "the worst possible time", it's like a spot check to see that not only can you handle a flat tyre physically, but are you able to handle it emotionally (not being caught up) and mentally (adapting your strategy to the unforeseen situation) so that the effects on your other 3D affairs are minimal, which in turn is less draining on yourself.

Hope this helps and good luck!

I know what's it like for you at the moment (and many more of us)..
We're experiencing high craziness also here... no money, no job, ice age outside,
almost ran out of woods for keeping the house warm, the roof is leaking, a bunch of unpaid bills are waiting
for better days,... :/ but..

darksai, thank you so much for reminding of this !
And the EE is a life saver indeed ... take care guys

Dear God, Savitri! And I thought I had it bad ... It's so hard to stay focused when there are all these distractions that drain our energy, but that's exactly the point, as darksai mentions- its a test and as the Cs say it's all lessons. It's just that sometimes the lessons aren't very fun, especially when we are to expect attack and the modes of attack can be anything or anyone, or life in general! I wish you much strength in facing and learning your lessons. This forum is invaluable just even to get that reassurance when things get rough :hug2:

Thank you so much for your post darksai, sometimes all you need is someone who just listens and reminds you to apply the knowledge. I know that 'all is lessons', that as one starts to awaken, agents are inserted, matrix 'strings' are pulled to vector you off path, to drain your energy etc, and the Cs say to expect attack and the modes of thus...I know this intellectually, but to apply it is quite another. Damn that stress response and all that cortisol, I really really need to get that vagus nerve of mine stimulated!

A truly heartfelt thankful to you both, for all of a sudden, I don't feel quite as alone... :/

You are not, we are not quite as alone ! We are all more or less in the same boat.
It might also ease a little your trials to consider that your "hell" may appear as a "paradise" to others who are terribly unfortunate...
Best wishes and keep doing a good Work :)

it happens more often than not, when a person really begins to wake up, the General Law flings more "poo" at them. :D Sounds like you found EE at the right time to help you cope. Remember, the C's once said "nobody is a nobody."

Hang in there! :hug2:

Hi Arwenn,

Here is the Cassiopaea Glossary excerpt on the General Law:
This term is used in Esoteric Science to describe the mechanical nature of the world. As described by Mouravieff, in his book Gnosis, the General Law relates to man's position in the universe. Thus, as Mouravieff describes it, man's existence on this planet has two main purposes.

1) as an element of the universal organism, serving the aims of the latter.

2) as an isolated individual, and as such, he can pursue his own aims. Mouravieff gives an example to clarify this. He states that the position of man in the universe is analogous to that of a cell in the human body. Each cell is part of an organ, which, in turn, is an element of a group of organs that assures proper accomplishment of some definite function of the organism.

Thus the cell in our bodies is subject or placed under two categories or "rules" of laws.

The first keeps the cell in its place. In Esoteric Science this is referred to as the GENERAL LAW. The second category of laws leaves a certain liberty of action for the cell. This is called the LAW OF EXCEPTION.

The first law is conservative and ensures that the organ of which this cell is part accomplishes its function with no impediment. Thus, the first condition is that during their lives the cells fulfill their roles given to them so as to serve the organ to which they belong. This law obliges these cells to remain in their proper place so as to complete their work and to dedicate their lives to this purpose. Thus this law is beneficial by ensuring the existence of the organs so as to allow the body to endure.

However, the disappearance of a few cells, an infinitesimal part of the organ, goes unnoticed and the organ's functioning is not impaired. Thus the essential role of the General Law is to watch over continuity of function, and the disappearance of a few cells passes unnoticed by it. Therefore it places no further obstacles. Symbolically, one can say that cells which escape from this law now enter the domain of the Law of Exception. This escape of a few cells is a phenomenon that happens constantly. The Law of Exception makes this possible. All our cells from the epidermic to the nervous systems are constantly renewed according to different and variable rhythms.

In addition to this renewal from within, there are also disappearances, compensated or not compensated for by new units.
BUT the analogy stops here in relation to man's efforts to escape the General Law of mechanical life and his efforts to pass into the second category of laws that provide the framework for him to pass on into the Law of Exception. In the above analogy the infinitesimal amount of cells that pass from the General Law into the Law of Exception are MECHANICAL. But for man, it happens differently. When man attempts to migrate from the General Law of life to the Law of Exception then it can only be done by CONSCIOUS efforts. Then the General Law works against him.

Mouravieff says in Gnosis Vol. I :
"As long as man accepts the principle of the final annihilation of his Personality without a fight, he can carry on in life without attracting the increasing pressures of the General Law upon himself.

"The case is totally different if he struggles to surpass the limits which it imposes. It acts simultaneously on several planes: physical, mental, and moral. Its action on the moral plane is conceived by man, since time immemorial, in the form of a personification: the Devil.

"In the orthodox Tradition demonology occupies a considerable place. We find there practical constatations, fine and profound
observations on the highly sophisticated and insidious forms that the Devil's action takes in very varied circumstances, in which it goes as far as using the good faith of humans for its own ends.

"We will also find precious advice, based on accumulated experience over the ages, which is particularly helpful to students of esoteric science; because once the first positive results are obtained those students will unmistakably run up against the active opposition to the law and the GAME OF THE CRAFTY ONE.

"It must be realized that in placing himself under the aegis of the Law of Exception, man goes against the General Law, which he is even called upon to overthrow, if only on an individual scale. He must not forget--under penalty of 'surprise attack'--the salvation depends on victory over the Devil, which as we have said, is the personalized moral aspect of the General Law. This is so, even though this, being a cosmic law, is naturally a divine law. One must not be afraid, as the Law of Exception is also a divine law. In choosing it, man continues to serve the interests of the whole, but differently and in an incomparably more efficient manner.

During his fight against the first law, he is subject to tests that often take the form of temptations. In orthodox Doctrine deep studies are devoted to this theme, As stated above, they contain precious advice of a practical nature, details of which we cannot cover in this present book. We are however permitted to draw attention to the indirect nature of the diabolical action. If, aiming straight towards his goal, which is liberation and salvation, the seeker successfully overcomes the obstacles and by this shows proof of a strength that would permit him to defy the authority of the General Law, the latter will begin to act upon him indirectly, generally by the mediation of his near ones if they do not follow the same path: this action occurs on the moral plane, and often takes emotional forms appealing to his most noble, generous, and disinterested sentiments: to his charity; his obligations; his pity. It impels him down blind alleys, insinuating that he will be returning to his duty, that by so doing he will go on walking in the right path, etc. This will clarify the profound saying of Jesus that: 'A man's worst enemies are those of his own household.' Indeed, and that can even been something as a book, a song, or a word or quote, and somewhere along the way gathering knowledge we'll be needing less and less "alarm clocks" as we keep our wits sharp self-remebering and having fun (as the C's say) and all... The drama-gym is need to exercise our wits, and EE to keep stress at bay.

Cheers

Mrs Peel,

Thank you for your kind words. You are so right about the 'Poo flinging'- it's so designed to stop us, vector us off the Path so we go back to sleep. Its scary when these 'coincidences' of crap 'luck' keep coming atcha.
One thing is for sure, is that connecting with you guys on this forum has given me the encouragement and strength to keep on keeping on..thank you everyone for all your replies :)

Hi Arwenn,

A way to deal with these trials and tribulations of life is to change our attitude towards such events. When there are difficulties in the outside world to test our mettle, it has the potential to bring forth certain inner responses which strengthen us. The stoic philosophers talked about this in terms of benefitting from every person or situation - no matter how difficult they are.
That power which rules us from inside, when it is in its natural state, stands in such a way in relation to whatever may happen that it easily adapts itself at all times both to its own capabilities and what it has been given by fate. For it is not attracted toward one kind of material thing or event but adapts itself to all internal and external limitations, whether those limitations are due to ability or fate. Nevertheless, it converts into usable fuel anything that opposes it, just as fire does when it consumes what is thrown upon it, by which a small fire would have been extinguished. But a blazing fire quickly assimilates to itself whatever is cast upon it, engulfing it as fuel and rising even higher because of it.
A practical way to go about this could be first to accept what is happening without reading more into the event than what it is. This paves the way for the next step of doing what the situation demands in immediate practical terms. If a train is coming at us we jump out of the way first without wondering "why me" because that is what is the most expedient action which conserves energy. It is only for lesser events that we tend to get bogged down by often unnecessary emotions. Once the situation is handled, we can go about thinking what - if any - personal significance the event could hold for us in the wider context of our life lessons.

The approach comes from stoic way of looking at life - accept what is outside of our control and do what we can for things which are under our control - like our reactions and responses. For things which we can potentially control, we need to have an ideal to model. How would we ideally want to respond to such events in each individual case? Then we try to "fake it till we make it" always being internally aware of the difference between where we would ideally want to be and where we are at present. We can use prayer for help - like POTS.

No doubt all this is difficult to accomplish in practice but since we appear to be creatures driven by a payoff or reward system in all we do - this process when fully developed is similar to alchemy ( making gold from base metals) and perhaps one that takes us out of "General Law" into the "Law of Exception". We will falter many times in this - but as long as we treat ourselves with self-compassion when we fail and prepare for the next time, I think we are on the right track. Sharing experiences with fellow travelers help.

Hey obyvatel,

Thank you for your post. I think I kinda get what you are saying- a sort Zen detachment to all these external issues and crises, without the emotion- I get the concept cerebrally but not viscerally. It would be easier to do this if this was one isolated event at a time, that allowed you to maintain one's inner composure. But when the 'poo flinging' starts coming at you from all directions, it's a different story. I think that's where the EE would kick in, but I am so much a novice at this, having been a shallow breather most my adult life.

BTW, what is POTS?

Hi Jerry,

Thanks for that info. I must admit I do find Mouravieff and Gurdjieff (what excerpts I have come upon- ISOTM is on my must read-but-have-yet-to-get-to list) hard to digest at times, but the lines in bold are what stand out for me. Well, I'd imagine that all the things advocated by the forum: networking, EE, keto diet, etc are going to be what keeps us grounded and able to deal with the consequences of 'waking up'. :/
